충남도는 17일부터 23일까지 7일간 부산 아시아드주경기장에서 열리는 ‘제106회 전국체육대회’에 참가해 ‘충남관광 홍보관’을 운영한다.
이번 홍보관은 전국에서 모인 선수단과 응원단, 관람객 등 대규모 방문객을 대상으로 도내 대표 관광지와 축제, 주요 행사를 소개하고 ‘2025∼2026 충남 방문의 해’를 널리 알리기 위해 마련됐다.
홍보관 내부에서는 △충남 관광지·축제 퀴즈 이벤트 △추억의 뽑기 등 참여형 프로그램을 운영하며, 방문객에게 지역 특산품과 기념품을 증정해 충남관광의 매력을 친근하게 전달한다.
도 관계자는 “전국체육대회는 전국 각지의 방문객이 한자리에 모이는 대규모 행사로, 충남관광의 매력을 전국적으로 알릴 좋은 기회”라며 “앞으로도 충남의 매력을 널리 알려 충남 여행 수요를 촉진하고 지역 관광을 활성화하는 데 최선을 다할 것”이라고 말했다.

Chungnam Province Operates ‘Chungnam Tourism Pavilion’ at the 106th National Sports Festival

Chungnam Province will participate in the 106th National Sports Festival, held from October 17 to 23 at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium, operating the “Chungnam Tourism Pavilion.”
The pavilion is designed to introduce the province’s representative tourist attractions, festivals, and major events to a large number of visitors, including athletes, cheering squads, and spectators from across the country, while promoting the “2025–2026 Year of Visiting Chungnam.”
Inside the pavilion, interactive programs such as a Chungnam attractions and festival quiz event and nostalgic prize draws are offered. Visitors also receive local specialty products and souvenirs, providing a friendly introduction to the charms of Chungnam tourism.
A provincial official said, “The National Sports Festival gathers visitors from all over the country, making it a great opportunity to showcase Chungnam tourism nationwide. We will continue our efforts to promote the province’s attractions, boost travel demand, and revitalize local tourism.”
