◆ 몽골 교원 20명 초청 연수
충남교육청(교육감 김지철)은 15일부터 21일까지 몽골 교원 20명을 초청해 '교원 디지털 역량 강화 연수'를 운영한다. 연수는 5월 몽골 울란바토르에서 충남교육청과 몽골 교육총괄청이 체결한 '디지털 교육 교류협력을 위한 양해각서(MOU)' 후속 사업이다. 양국이 지속 가능한 미래교육 협력 체계를 본격적으로 구축하는 첫 단계다.
◆ 마주온 활용 수업자료 제작 등 진행
연수 프로그램은 마주온(충남형 미래교육 통합플랫폼) 내 디지털 상호작용 및 저작도구 활용 수업 자료 제작, 구글 포 에듀케이션 도구 활용 협업 수업 설계, 한국-몽골 디지털교육 교류 워크숍, 우수 기관 방문 및 한국 문화 이해 프로그램 등으로 구성했다. 몽골 교원들은 충남미래교육의 실제 운영 사례를 직접 체험하며 디지털 교수·학습 설계 역량을 높인다. 김지철 교육감은 "이번 충남미래교육 경험이 몽골의 디지털 교육혁신에 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다"며 "양국이 상호 협력하며 함께 성장하는 글로벌 디지털 교육공동체로 발전하기를 기대한다"고 말했다.
◆ 3개국 디지털 교육 협력 네트워크 구축
충남교육청은 2005년부터 20년째 라오스와 교류협력국 교육정보화 사업을 이어오고 있다. 2024년 우즈베키스탄, 2025년 몽골까지 교류협력 국가를 확대했다. 총 3개국과 디지털 교육 협력 네트워크를 구축했다.

◆ Training for 20 Invited Mongolian Teachers
The Chungnam Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Ji-cheol) is operating 'Teacher Digital Competency Enhancement Training' by inviting 20 Mongolian teachers from the 15th to the 21st. The training is a follow-up project to the 'Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Digital Education Exchange Cooperation' signed between the Chungnam Office of Education and the Mongolian General Education Authority in Ulaanbaatar in May. It is the first step for both countries to establish a sustainable future education cooperation system in earnest.
◆ Conducted Production of Class Materials Using Majuon
The training program consists of production of class materials using digital interaction and authoring tools within Majuon (Chungnam-type future education integrated platform), design of collaborative classes using Google for Education tools, Korea-Mongolia digital education exchange workshop, visits to excellent institutions, and Korean culture understanding programs. Mongolian teachers directly experience actual operation cases of Chungnam future education and enhance their digital teaching and learning design capabilities. Superintendent Kim Ji-cheol said, "I hope this Chungnam future education experience will be of practical help to Mongolia's digital education innovation," adding "I expect both countries to develop into a global digital education community that grows together through mutual cooperation."
◆ Established Digital Education Cooperation Network with 3 Countries
The Chungnam Office of Education has continued education informatization projects with Laos as an exchange cooperation country for 20 years since 2005. It expanded exchange cooperation countries to Uzbekistan in 2024 and Mongolia in 2025. It established a digital education cooperation network with a total of 3 countries.
