천안시, 공동주택 시공사와 안전관리·지역경제 활성화 논의

천안시는 14일 공동주택 시공사 현장소장과 간담회를 갖고 건설현장의 안전관리 강화와 지역경제 활성화 방안을 논의했다.

이번 간담회는 상반기에 이어 하반기에 열린 두 번째 간담회로, 건설 현장의 생생한 의견을 청취하고 시와 시공사 간 협력체계를 강화하기 위해 추진됐다.

현장소장 15명 참석…다양한 애로사항 청취

이날 간담회에는 공동주택 건설현장 15개소의 현장소장이 참석했다.

현장소장들은 건설현장 안전관리 및 사고 예방대책, 지역업체 하도급 참여 확대 방안, 숙련인력 및 장비 확보 방안, 인허가 절차 간소화 등 다양한 현장 애로사항과 개선 의견을 제시했다.

지역업체 상생 협력 강화 추진

천안시는 '천안시 지역건설산업 활성화 지원조례'에 따라 지역업체 하도급 참여율 제고, 우수건설인 포상 및 홍보 등 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다.

또 지역건설산업의 경쟁력 강화와 지역경제 순환 기반을 조성하고 시공사와의 지속적인 소통을 통해 안전한 건설현장 조성, 품질 높은 주택 공급, 지역업체와의 상생 협력 강화를 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.

김석필 천안시장 권한대행 부시장은 "이번 간담회는 상반기에 이어 현장의 목소리를 직접 듣고 실질적인 해결 방안을 함께 모색하기 위한 뜻깊은 자리였다"며 "앞으로도 시공사와의 긴밀한 협력을 통해 시민이 안심하고 만족할 수 있는 안전하고 품질 높은 주거환경을 만들어가겠다"고 말했다.

Fifteen site managers from multi-family housing construction sites attended the meeting on this day.

Site managers presented various field difficulties and improvement opinions, including construction site safety management and accident prevention measures, measures to expand local company subcontracting participation, measures to secure skilled personnel and equipment, and simplification of permit procedures.

Promote Strengthening Win-Win Cooperation with Local Companies

Cheonan City is promoting various policies according to the 'Cheonan City Regional Construction Industry Revitalization Support Ordinance,' including improving local company subcontracting participation rates and awarding and promoting excellent construction workers.

In addition, the city plans to continuously promote the creation of safe construction sites, supply of high-quality housing, and strengthening win-win cooperation with local companies through strengthening the competitiveness of the regional construction industry, creating a regional economic circulation foundation, and continuous communication with contractors.

Vice Mayor Kim Seok-pil, acting mayor of Cheonan, said, "Following the first half of the year, this meeting was a meaningful occasion to directly listen to voices from the field and jointly seek practical solutions," adding, "We will continue to create a safe and high-quality residential environment that citizens can trust and be satisfied with through close cooperation with contractors."
