◆ 4개 분야 구성, 교육과정 실행부터 특별 요구 영유아 지원까지

충남교육청(교육감 김지철)이 도내 유치원 교원 100명을 대상으로 1월 13일과 15일 이틀간 '교원 4대 분야 역량 강화 연수'를 아산에서 실시한다.

교육청은 교원의 핵심 역량 강화를 통해 모든 영유아의 건강한 성장과 발달을 지원하기 위해 이번 연수를 마련했다. 연수는 ◆분야1 '교육과정 이해 및 실천 역량 강화를 위한 교육과정 실행' ◆분야2 '학습자 이해 및 지원 역량 강화를 위한 성장·발달 지원' ◆분야3 '대인관계 및 의사소통 역량 강화를 위한 정서·심리 지원' ◆분야4 '변화하는 환경에 대한 대처 역량 강화를 위한 특별한 요구가 있는 영유아 지원' 등 4개 분야로 구성했다.

◆ 관찰 기반 교육과정과 영유아 정서·심리 지원 중점

충남 지역 연수에서는 분야1 '교육과정 실행 연수'에서 ◆관찰에 기반한 함께 만들어가는 교육과정 ◆놀이를 지원하는 교수·학습 ◆학습공동체 운영 등을 다룬다. 분야3 '정서·심리 지원' 연수에서는 ◆영유아 정서·심리 이해 및 기본 태도의 실제 ◆사례별 이해 및 지원 전략 수립 ◆마음챙김 및 부모 상담 실제 등을 중심으로 진행한다.

◆ 교육·보육 질 향상 위한 맞춤형 연수 지속 지원

한복연 유아교육복지과장은 "모든 영유아의 건강한 성장·발달을 지원하고 교육·보육의 질 향상을 위하여 앞으로도 핵심역량별 맞춤형 연수를 지속적으로 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Four-field composition, from curriculum implementation to support for infants with special needs

The Chungnam Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Ji-cheol) conducts the 'Four Core Competency Enhancement Training for Teachers' for 100 kindergarten teachers in the province for two days on January 13 and 15 in Asan.

The education office prepared this training to support the healthy growth and development of all infants and toddlers through strengthening teachers' core competencies. The training consists of four fields: ◆Field 1 'Curriculum implementation for strengthening curriculum understanding and practice competency' ◆Field 2 'Growth and development support for strengthening learner understanding and support competency' ◆Field 3 'Emotional and psychological support for strengthening interpersonal and communication competency' ◆Field 4 'Support for infants and toddlers with special needs for strengthening competency to cope with changing environments.'

◆ Focus on observation-based curriculum and emotional-psychological support for infants

In the Chungnam regional training, Field 1 'Curriculum Implementation Training' covers ◆Observation-based co-created curriculum ◆Teaching and learning that supports play ◆Learning community operation. Field 3 'Emotional and Psychological Support' training focuses on ◆Understanding infant emotional-psychological aspects and actual basic attitudes ◆Case-by-case understanding and support strategy establishment ◆Mindfulness and actual parent counseling.

◆ Continuous support for customized training to improve education and childcare quality

Han Bok-yeon, Director of Early Childhood Education and Welfare Division, stated, "We will continue to support customized training for each core competency to support the healthy growth and development of all infants and toddlers and improve the quality of education and childcare."
