◆ 홍성군, 정신건강 심리상담 바우처 사업 시행
충남 홍성군이 군민 정신건강 증진을 위해 '정신건강 심리상담 바우처 사업'을 추진한다. 홍성군은 우울, 불안 등 정서적 어려움을 겪는 군민에게 대화 기반 전문 심리상담 서비스를 제공한다고 밝혔다. 해당 사업은 정신질환 조기 예방과 건강한 일상 복귀를 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
◆ 나이·소득 무관 신청 가능...120일간 8회 상담 제공
지원 대상은 심리적 어려움이 있는 홍성군민이면 나이와 소득 기준 없이 신청할 수 있다. 선정자에게는 120일 동안 총 8회 전문 심리상담 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 바우처가 발급된다. 상담 비용은 1급 유형 회당 8만원, 2급 유형 회당 7만원으로 구분된다. 건강보험료 납부금액에 따라 본인부담금 0~50%가 발생하지만, 기준중위소득 70% 이하 가구는 본인부담금 없이 전액 무료로 이용 가능하다.
◆ 의뢰서·진단서 지참해 읍면 행정복지센터 방문 신청
신청 자격은 정신건강복지센터, 대학교 상담센터, Wee센터 등 기관 의뢰서 발급자, 정신의료기관 진단서 또는 소견서 발급자, 국가 건강검진 우울증 선별검사에서 10점 이상 확인자, 자립 준비청년 및 보호연장아동 등이다. 신청 방법은 신분증과 구비서류를 갖춰 거주지 읍면 행정복지센터를 방문하면 된다. 만 19세 이상 성인은 온라인 복지로 누리집을 통해 신청할 수 있다. 지난해 서비스를 이용했더라도 지원 기간이 종료된 경우 연 1회 재신청이 가능하다. 정영림 홍성군보건소장은 "정서적 고립감과 우울감을 겪고 있다면 제때 돌보는 것이 중요하다"며 "이번 지원사업이 심리적 회복과 건강한 일상 복귀에 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다"고 말했다.

Hongseong-gun in South Chungcheong Province is launching a 'Mental Health Psychological Counseling Voucher Program' to improve residents' mental health. The county announced it will provide dialogue-based professional psychological counseling services to residents experiencing emotional difficulties such as depression and anxiety. The program was designed to support early prevention of mental illness and help residents return to healthy daily lives.
◆ Application Available Regardless of Age or Income...8 Sessions Provided Over 120 Days
Any Hongseong-gun resident experiencing psychological difficulties can apply regardless of age or income criteria. Selected applicants will receive vouchers to use professional psychological counseling services for a total of 8 sessions over 120 days. Counseling costs are divided into Type 1 at 80,000 won per session and Type 2 at 70,000 won per session. While co-payments of 0-50% apply based on health insurance premium payments, households below 70% of median income can use the service completely free without any co-payment.
◆ Apply at Eup-Myeon Administrative Welfare Centers with Referral Letter or Medical Certificate
Eligibility requirements include those who received referral letters from institutions such as mental health welfare centers, university counseling centers, or Wee centers, those who received medical certificates or opinions from psychiatric medical institutions, those who scored 10 points or higher on the national health screening depression screening test, and self-reliant youth and children under extended protection. Applications can be made by visiting the eup-myeon administrative welfare center in the area of residence with an ID card and required documents. Adults aged 19 and over can also apply conveniently through the online Bokjiro website. Even those who used the service last year can reapply once per year if the support period has ended. Jeong Yeong-rim, Director of Hongseong-gun Health Center, said "If you are experiencing emotional isolation and depression that are difficult to resolve alone, it is most important to receive care in a timely manner" and added "I hope this support program will provide practical help in psychological recovery and return to healthy daily life."
