태안군은 관내 소상공인을 대상으로 2025년 4분기 사회보험료 지원사업 신청을 23일까지 접수한다고 9일 밝혔다. 군은 정부 두루누리 사회보험료 지원을 받는 소상공인에게 보험료 잔액을 전액 지원한다. 정부가 보험료의 80%를 지원하면, 나머지 사업주 부담금을 군이 모두 부담하는 방식이다.
신청 대상은 2025년 4분기(10~12월) 월 보수액 270만원 미만 근로자를 1개월 이상 고용한 사업주다. 태안군청 경제진흥과 또는 읍면사무소 산업팀에 지원신청서와 사업자등록증을 제출하면 된다. 대상자로 선정되면 정부 두루누리 사업 지원 기간(최대 3년) 동안 별도 신청 없이 지속 지원된다.
◆ 두루누리 미지원 사업장·임금체불 사업주 제외
지원 대상에서 제외되는 경우도 있다. 두루누리 미지원 사업장, 사업주 본인, 임금체불 명단 공개 중인 사업주, 인위적 고용조정을 한 기업은 신청할 수 없다. 공동대표가 운영하는 경우 대표자 1인에게만 지원된다. 사업주의 배우자 및 직계 존비속이 근로자로 인정받아 두루누리 지원을 받는 경우는 신청 가능하다.
신청 내용이 사실과 다르거나 대상 요건에 부합하지 않는 경우, 중복·부정 수급을 한 경우 지원 금액이 환수된다. 군은 이번 사업이 영세 소상공인의 자생력을 높이고 취약계층 근로자를 보호하는 사회안전망 구축에 기여할 것으로 전망했다.
◆ 지난해 161개 업체에 500만원 지원 성과
군은 지난해(2024년 4분기~2025년 3분기) 관내 161개 업체에 총 500만원을 지원했다. 군 관계자는 "소상공인의 경영 부담을 줄일 수 있는 이번 2025년 4분기 사회보험료 지원사업에 많은 관심을 부탁한다"고 말했다. 군은 인건비 부담 완화가 고용 유지로 이어지는 선순환 구조를 확립해 지역 경제의 뿌리인 소상공인이 안심하고 생업에 전념할 수 있는 환경을 조성한다는 방침이다.
