◆ 고북초등학교 대상 과학실 정리지원 사업 실시

서산교육지원청(교육장 김지용) 학교지원센터가 2026년 1월 6일 고북초등학교를 대상으로 과학실 정리지원 사업을 실시했다. 이번 지원은 교원의 행정·관리 업무 부담을 줄이고 학생들의 안전하고 쾌적한 과학 수업 환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.

◆ 특별실정리지원단 7명 현장 투입

이날 현장에는 서산교육지원청 학교지원센터 특별실정리지원단 7명이 참여했다. 지원단은 고북초 과학실에 비치된 과학교구를 점검하고 불용 과학교구 폐기를 지원했다. 또한 사용 빈도와 교과 연계성을 고려해 과학교구를 체계적으로 분류하고 정리정돈을 진행했다.

◆ 김지용 교육장 "맞춤형 지원으로 교육환경 개선 지속 추진"

김지용 교육장은 "학교 현장에서 교원들이 교육활동에 전념할 수 있도록 돕는 것이 학교지원센터의 중요한 역할"이라며 "앞으로도 학교의 실제 요구를 반영한 맞춤형 지원을 통해 교육환경 개선과 교원의 업무경감을 지속적으로 추진하겠다"고 말했다. 고북초등학교 과학 담당교사는 "과학실 정리는 많은 시간과 노력이 필요한 작업이었는데 학교지원센터의 전문적인 지원 덕분에 큰 도움을 받았다"며 "정리된 과학실에서 학생들과 더 안전하고 즐거운 과학 수업을 운영할 수 있을 것 같아 감사드린다"고 소감을 전했다.

This support was designed to reduce teachers' administrative and management burdens and create a safe and comfortable science class environment for students.

◆ Seven Special Room Organization Support Team Members Deployed

Seven members of the Seosan Office of Education School Support Center's Special Room Organization Support Team participated on site. The support team inspected science equipment stored in Gobuk Elementary's science lab and supported the disposal of unused science equipment. They also systematically classified and organized science equipment considering frequency of use and curriculum relevance.

◆ Superintendent Kim Ji-yong: "Will Continue Customized Support for Educational Environment Improvement"

Superintendent Kim Ji-yong said, "Helping teachers focus on educational activities in schools is an important role of the School Support Center," adding, "We will continue to promote educational environment improvement and reduce teachers' workload through customized support that reflects schools' actual needs." The science teacher at Gobuk Elementary School said, "Organizing the science lab was a task that required a lot of time and effort, but I received great help thanks to the professional support from the School Support Center," adding, "I am grateful that I will be able to conduct safer and more enjoyable science classes with students in the organized science lab."
