◆ 충남도 22일 천안서 포럼 개최

충청남도는 22일 천안 라마다앙코르호텔에서 '충청남도 라이즈(RISE) 인재 육성 포럼'을 개최했다. 포럼에는 도내 대학과 관계기관 담당자, 전문가 등 50여 명이 참석했다. 라이즈(RISE)는 지역혁신중심 대학지원체계로, 지역 인재 육성과 일자리 창출, 정주 여건 개선을 통합적으로 연계하기 위해 설계됐다.

이번 포럼은 주제 발표, 종합 토론, 질의응답 순으로 진행됐다. 발표 주제는 RISE와 연계한 지역 인재 수급 조절 추진 방안, 지역 산업 인력난 해소를 위한 대학·기업 연계형 일자리 창출 정책 방향, 충남 지역 정책과 연계한 사회적자본 구축 방안, 지역 주민 삶의 질 향상을 위한 정주 환경 혁신 및 지역문제 해결 전략 등으로 구성됐다. 특히 인재 양성 정책이 교육에만 그치지 않고 지역 산업 수요와 연계된 취업 및 지역 정착으로 이어져야 한다는 점이 강조됐다.

종합 토론에서 대학과 산업계, 도 관계자들이 각 분야의 현장 의견을 공유하고 역할 분담 및 협력 체계 구축 방안을 논의했다. 충청남도는 이번 포럼을 통해 지역 인재 육성 정책의 추진 방향을 점검하고 대학·산업·지역이 함께 참여하는 협력 체계를 지속적으로 강화할 계획이다. 도 관계자는 "RISE는 지역 여건을 반영해 대학과 함께 인재를 키워 지역과 대학이 동반 성장하는 핵심 정책"이라며 "교육과 산업, 정주 환경을 연계한 충남형 인재 육성 방향을 추진할 것"이라고 말했다. 도는 신성장동력산업 선도 인재 양성, 초중고-대학 연계 지역 완결형 인재 육성, 지역 취업 보장형 충남형 계약학과 운영, 청년 로컬 활동 생태계 조성 등을 추진 중이다.
