◆ 인천공항공사 상생협력 리더스 워크숍 개최

참석자들은 안전 및 여객 서비스를 최우선으로 고려한 올해 인천공항 주요 성과를 공유했다. 이후 소통 시간을 통해 현장 고충 사항과 개선 방안을 논의했다. 이날 행사에서는 '인천공항 노사상생문화 대상' 시상식도 진행됐다. 노사 상생 문화 확산에 모범이 된 기관을 선정해 포상하는 이 시상에서 인천공항시설관리가 최우수상을 수상했다.

◆ 다양한 상생협력 프로그램 운영

인천국제공항공사는 모·자회사 합동 등반대회 개최, 수평적 소통을 위한 라운드 테이블 운영, 공항그룹 온라인 뉴스레터 발송 등 다양한 상생협력 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 이학재 사장은 "올해 원활한 공항 운영을 위해 소임을 다해주신 8만 5천여 공항상주직원의 노고에 감사드린다"며 "모·자회사 상생발전 기반을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.
