◆ 공사 진행 상황

충북 보은군이 온-누림 플랫폼 건립사업을 예정된 일정대로 추진하고 있다. 군은 22일 이를 발표했다. 이 사업에는 총 240억 원이 투입된다. 보은읍 죽전리에 지상 4층, 연면적 5,588㎡ 규모로 조성된다.

2024년 12월 착공한 건물은 지하층 콘크리트 타설을 완료했다. 지상 4층 벽체 시공도 마무리됐다. 현재 외벽 벽돌붙임 공사와 내부 마감 공사가 동시에 진행 중이다. 2026년 3월 준공을 목표로 공사는 막바지 단계에 진입했다.

◆ 복합 생활 플랫폼 구성

온-누림 플랫폼은 1층에 해피아이센터를 배치했다. 2층부터 3층까지는 평생학습관이 들어선다. 4층에는 청년센터가 위치한다. 보은군 최초의 복합 생활 플랫폼으로 운영될 예정이다.

돌봄, 문화, 교육, 복지, 청년정책을 한 공간에서 통합 제공한다. 전 세대 주민 서비스를 목표로 삼았다. 군은 개관 전 운영 프로그램 구성, 인력 배치, 시설별 공간 연계 계획 등을 준비 중이다. 지난달 명칭 공모전을 실시했으며, 이달 내 정식 명칭을 확정할 계획이다.

◆ 신도시 기능 구축 계획

보은군은 온-누림 플랫폼을 거점으로 죽전리 지역활력타운 조성을 본격화한다. 군민친화형 체육센터, 블록형 단독주택, 야외 어린이공원, 일자리연계형 공공임대주택 등을 연계한다. 2028년까지 보은의 신도시 기능 구축을 완성한다는 계획이다.

최재형 보은군수는 "온-누림 플랫폼은 보은이 지향하는 '도시형 농촌'의 실질적인 기반이 되는 시설"이라고 말했다. 그는 "공정 후반부일수록 품질관리와 안전관리를 강화해 완성도 높은 생활복지 거점을 구축하겠다"고 덧붙였다.

◆ Construction Progress

Chungcheongbuk-do Province's Boeun County is advancing the On-Nuri Platform construction project according to schedule. The county announced this on December 22. The project requires a total investment of 24 billion won. The facility will be built in Jukjeon-ri, Boeun-eup, spanning four above-ground stories with a total floor area of 5,588 square meters.

The building began construction in December 2024. The basement concrete foundation has been completed. The four-story wall construction is finished. External brick facade work and interior finishing are currently underway simultaneously. The project has entered its final stages, targeting completion in March 2026.

◆ Integrated Multipurpose Platform Structure

The On-Nuri Platform houses a Happy Child Center on the first floor. The second and third floors contain a Lifelong Learning Center. A Youth Center occupies the fourth floor. It will operate as Boeun County's first integrated multipurpose living platform.

The facility provides integrated services in childcare, culture, education, welfare, and youth policy in a single space. The goal addresses all age groups of residents. The county is preparing operational programs, staffing plans, and inter-facility coordination strategies before opening. A naming competition was held last month, with the official name to be confirmed by month's end.

◆ Urban Functionality Development Strategy

Boeun County will accelerate the Jukjeon-ri Community Revitalization Town project using the On-Nuri Platform as a hub. The county will coordinate a resident-friendly sports center, block-type single-family housing, outdoor children's parks, and job-linked public rental housing. The plan involves establishing new urban functions for Boeun by 2028.

County Governor Choi Jae-hyung stated, "The On-Nuri Platform serves as a substantive foundation for Boeun's vision of 'urban-style rural living.'" He added, "As construction nears completion, we will strengthen quality control and safety management to build a comprehensive welfare facility."
