충북 괴산군 칠성면 지역사회보장협의체(공공위원장 김인태, 민간위원장 최종하) 지난 20일부터 21일까지 지역 아동 23명 대상 '칠성 별빛 스키 캠프' 프로그램 운영했다.

◆ 행사 취지 및 운영 현황

칠성면 지역사회보장협의체 지역특성화 사업 일환이다. 캠프 목표는 겨울철 야외활동 기회 상대적으로 부족한 농촌지역 아동·청소년에게 건강한 여가활동과 스포츠 체험 기회 제공이다. 참가 아동 전문 강사 지도 아래 스키 기본 교육과 체험 활동 참여했다.

◆ 관계자 평가 및 향후 계획

최종하 민간위원장은 "아이들에게 건강한 성장의 밑거름이 될 뜻깊고 보람된 시간이었다"고 평가했다. 또한 "스트레스 해소는 물론 정서·인지 발달에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 기대한다"고 덧붙였다.

김인태 면장은 "이번 스키 캠프가 아이들에게 새로운 도전과 추억이 되고, 자신감을 키우는 계기가 되길 바란다"고 말했다. 더불어 "앞으로도 지역 청소년의 건강한 성장과 복지 증진을 위한 다양한 체험 프로그램 지속 추진하겠다"고 밝혔다.

The Chilseong-myeon Regional Community Security Council in Gwoesan-gun, North Chungcheong Province (Public Chair Kim In-tae, Private Chair Choi Jong-ha) operated the 'Chilseong Starlight Ski Camp' program for 23 local children from December 20 to 21.

◆ Event Purpose and Operation Status

The camp is part of the Chilseong-myeon Regional Community Security Council's area-specific project. The camp aims to provide healthy leisure activities and sports experience opportunities for rural children and adolescents who have relatively limited winter outdoor activity opportunities. Participating children attended basic ski education and hands-on activities under the guidance of professional instructors.

◆ Stakeholder Evaluation and Future Plans

Choi Jong-ha, Private Chair, evaluated the event as "a meaningful and rewarding time that will serve as a foundation for healthy child development." He added, "We expect it to have positive effects not only on stress relief but also on emotional and cognitive development."

Kim In-tae, Township Chief, stated, "I hope this ski camp becomes a new challenge and cherished memory for the children, and an opportunity to build their confidence."
