청주시 지역재난안전대책본부가 11일부터 본격 가동됐다. 인접 지역 가금농장에서 고병원성 AI H5 항원이 검출됨에 따른 조치다. 12월 11일 기준으로 전국 가금농장 10곳과 야생조류 14수에서 고병원성 AI 바이러스가 확인됐다. 청주시는 이달 10일 긴급 상황판단회의를 열고 시장을 본부장으로 하는 재난안전대책본부 운영을 결정했다.

◆ 13개 실무반·11개 부서 협업…24시간 방역 체계 구축

청주시 지역재난안전대책본부는 13개 실무반으로 구성됐으며 11개 부서가 참여해 체계적 협업을 유지한다. 대응은 위기 경보단계가 '심각'에서 하향될 때까지 계속된다. 청주시 관계자는 "12월부터 1월까지 고병원성 AI 발생이 통계적으로 가장 많은 시기"라며 "인접 지역 감염 발생 상황에서 방역조치를 강화하고 농가 홍보를 적극 추진할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

◆ 거점소독소 3개소 24시간 운영…방역초소 12개소 설치

청주시는 거점소독소 3개소를 24시간 운영하고 철새도래지와 가금농장 진입로에서 소독을 진행 중이다. 산란계 농장 등에 방역통제 초소 12개소를 설치해 고병원성 AI 유입을 차단한다. 청주시는 경보단계 '심각' 해제까지 방역 대응에 총력을 기울인다.

Cheongju City mobilizes all available resources for quarantine response until the alert level 'critical' is downgraded.
