◆ 투자협약 체결

세종특별자치시가 11일 시청 세종실에서 첨단·제조분야 유망기업 4곳과 총 1,921억 원 규모 투자협약을 체결했다. 최민호 시장과 오캄바이오㈜ 박동규 대표, ㈜덕산코트랜 강환수 대표, ㈜로가 김현민 대표, ㈜동남 안병선 대표가 참석했다. 4개 기업은 2028년까지 전동일반산단, 스마트그린산단, 벤처밸리, 테크밸리 등 4개 산업단지 내 3만여㎡ 부지에 공장을 신설한다.

◆ 기업별 투자 계획

오캄바이오㈜가 전동면 전동일반산단에 1,396억 원을 투자해 의약품 제조공장을 신설하고 60명을 채용한다. ㈜덕산코트랜은 소정면 스마트그린산단에 300억 원을 투자해 데이터센터 및 에너지저장장치용 냉동공조장비 생산공장을 신축하고 50명을 채용한다. ㈜로가는 전동면 벤처밸리에 130억 원으로 건강기능식품 제조공장을 신설하고 20명을 채용한다. ㈜동남은 집현동 세종테크밸리에 95억 원을 투자해 공기조화장치 제조공정과 스마트팜 시설을 구축하고 14명을 채용한다. 신규 고용 합계는 144명이다.

◆ 세종시 지원 계획

세종시가 4개 기업 투자사업 추진을 위해 인허가 행정절차와 기반시설 연계 협력을 지원한다. 최민호 시장은 "이번 협약은 세종시가 첨단·제조산업 조화 발전으로 산업도시로 도약하는 중요한 이정표가 될 것"이라며 "기업 정착과 성장을 돕는 맞춤형 지원체계를 강화하고 전략산업 중심 투자유치를 지속하겠다"고 말했다.

Sejong City signed a 192.1 billion won investment agreement with four promising companies in the advanced and manufacturing sectors on December 11 at Sejong Hall in City Hall. Mayor Choi Min-ho and representatives from Ocam Bio Co., Ltd. (Park Dong-kyou), Deoksan Cotran Co., Ltd. (Kang Hwan-su), Roga Co., Ltd. (Kim Hyun-min), and Dongnam Co., Ltd. (An Byung-seon) attended. Four companies will establish factories on approximately 30,000 square meters of land within four industrial complexes including Jeoandong General Industrial Complex, Smart Green Industrial Complex, Venture Valley, and Tech Valley by 2028.

◆ Individual Company Investment Plans

Ocam Bio Co., Ltd. will invest 139.6 billion won in Jeoandong General Industrial Complex in Jeoandong to establish a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and hire 60 new employees. Deoksan Cotran Co., Ltd. will invest 30 billion won in Smart Green Industrial Complex in Sojeong to construct a refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment production plant for data centers and energy storage systems and create 50 new jobs. Roga Co., Ltd. will establish a health functional food manufacturing plant in Venture Valley in Jeoandong with 13 billion won investment and hire 20 new employees. Dongnam Co., Ltd. will invest 9.5 billion won in Sejong Tech Valley in Jiphyeon to construct an air conditioning device manufacturing process and smart farm facility and hire 14 employees. Total new job creation is 144 positions.

◆ Sejong City Support Plan

Sejong City will support administrative procedures including licensing for the four companies' investment projects and promote smooth coordination with infrastructure. Mayor Choi Min-ho stated, "This agreement will serve as an important milestone for Sejong City's leap toward an industrial city with harmonious development of advanced and manufacturing industries. We will strengthen customized support systems to help companies settle and grow stably and continue investment attraction activities centered on strategic industries."
