◆ 간담회 개최...영업자 23명 참석

충북 단양군 보건의료원은 8일 대강당에서 2025년도 숙박업소 영업자 간담회를 개최했다. 보건의료원 관계자와 숙박업 영업자 23명이 참석했다.

◆ 핵심의제, 합리적 요금 운영

간담회는 합리적 숙박요금 운영방안, 고객응대 및 친절서비스 강화, 공중위생 수준 향상, 시설·환경개선 지원방안 등을 논의했다. 성수기 요금 관련 민원을 예방하기 위해 가격 안정화와 투명한 요금 운영의 필요성에 참석자들이 동의했다. 친절서비스 강화와 위생관리 강화로 관광객 만족도 향상에 상호 협력하기로 합의했다.

◆ 업계 협력 강화...이미지 제고 추진

단양군 보건의료원 관계자는 "숙박요금과 서비스 품질은 단양 관광의 신뢰도와 직결된 중요 요소"라며 "업계와 지속 협력해 민원 예방과 서비스 개선, 공중위생 수준 향상에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다. 단양군은 내년 성수기 전에 요금 관련 갈등 감소와 지역 이미지 향상을 위해 업계와의 소통을 계속 이어갈 계획이다.

Stakeholders committed to mutual cooperation in strengthening friendly service and sanitation management to increase tourist satisfaction.

A Danyang-gun Health and Medical Center official stated, "Accommodation rates and service quality directly relate to Danyang tourism's credibility and constitute important factors," adding, "We will continue cooperation with industry stakeholders and do our best to prevent complaints, improve services, and enhance public sanitation levels." Danyang-gun plans to continue communication with industry stakeholders to reduce rate-related conflicts and improve regional image before next year's peak season.
