◆ 기업 3곳 성과 공유
보령시와 충남테크노파크(원장 서규석)는 10일 보령시 인구소멸 대응을 위한 비금속광물 자원 산업화 촉진 프로젝트 기업사례 발표 및 간담회를 개최했다.
발표 참여 기업 3곳 중 대천브루어리(대표 임채림)는 보령머드를 활용한 수제 맥주를 개발·생산 중이다. 나머지 2개 기업은 석재 활용 사업을 진행 중이다. 참여 기업들은 지역 특색 반영 제품 개발 과정과 시장 반응을 소개했으며 비금속광물 자원 산업의 확장 가능성을 제시했다.
◆ 내년 지원 방안 논의
간담회에서 보령시와 충남테크노파크는 기업들의 현장 애로사항을 청취했다. 참석자들은 내년도 사업 추진 방향을 공유하고 필요한 지원 방안을 논의했다.
보령시와 충남테크노파크는 간담회 결과를 내년도 지원사업에 적극 반영할 계획이다.
◆ 지속 지원 추진
보령시는 지역 자원 기반 산업의 안정적 정착을 통한 일자리 창출과 지역경제 활성화를 목표로 한다. 보령머드 등 지역연고산업 기반 확충을 위해 다양한 지원 사업을 지속적으로 추진할 방침이다.

◆ Three Companies Share Success
Bolyeong City and Chungnam Technopark (Director Seo Gyu-seok) held a case presentation forum and roundtable discussion on Dec. 10 as part of the non-metallic mineral resource industrialization promotion project to address population decline in Bolyeong City.
Among three participating companies, Daecheon Brewery (CEO Lim Chae-rim) develops and produces craft beer using Bolyeong mud. The other two companies pursue stone-utilization businesses. Participating companies introduced their product development processes reflecting local characteristics and market responses, presenting the expansion potential of the non-metallic mineral resource industry.
◆ Next Year Support Plans Discussed
At the roundtable, Bolyeong City and Chungnam Technopark listened to field challenges facing the companies. Attendees shared next year's business promotion direction and discussed necessary support measures.
