스마트팜 사관학교는 재배부터 유통까지 현장에서 즉시 활용 가능한 기술을 실습 중심으로 교육한다. 복합환경 제어시스템 등 첨단 스마트팜 기술을 기반으로 운영되는 경영실습형 농장으로, 청년농업인들이 이론과 실무를 동시에 습득할 수 있도록 설계됐다.

교육생 대표 유광룡씨는 "스마트팜 사관학교의 첨단기술로 품질 높은 딸기를 생산할 수 있었으며 첫 납품까지 이어져 큰 자신감을 얻었다"고 말했다. 홍성군농업기술센터 관계자는 "청년농업인의 현장 기술 습득이 실제 성과로 이어진 점이 의미 있다"며 "앞으로도 현장에서 활용 가능한 실전형 스마트농업 기술 교육으로 청년들의 영농 기반 구축을 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.

They demonstrated these results through actual product commercialization.

The Smart Farm Academy educates students in techniques applicable immediately in field operations from cultivation to distribution. Operated as a management practice-type farm based on advanced smart farm technologies including complex environmental control systems, it is designed to enable young farmers to acquire both theory and practical skills simultaneously.

Yu Gwang-ryong, the student representative, stated, "Using the Smart Farm Academy's advanced technology, I was able to produce high-quality strawberries, and achieving the first shipment gave me great confidence."
