◆ 배움자리 개최, 교사 역량 강화

천안교육지원청(교육장 차덕환)은 9일 화요일 관내 특수학급, 특수학교 교사를 대상으로 수업전문가로 거듭나기 배움자리를 개최했다. 이번 행사는 교사교육과정 실행 방안을 함께 모색하고 학급 교육과정 속에서 교사교육과정 재구성 사례를 공유하는 자리였다.

◆ 온작품 읽기, 학생 삶과 연결

참여 교사들은 교육과정을 분석하고 책을 선정한 후 학생들 삶과 연결하는 온작품 읽기 과정을 학습했다. 이를 통해 교실 수업을 가정과 지역사회와 연계하는 방안을 모색했다. 천안교육청은 통합학급 교사와 함께 운영하는 전문적 학습공동체 사례를 공유하며 통합교육의 실질적 방향을 제시했다.

◆ 참여 교사 호응, 차 교육장 적극 지원 약속

배움자리 참여 교사는 "교사교육과정이 막연했으나 다양한 사례를 통해 쉽게 접근할 수 있었다. 새학년도 시작 시 교실에서 실천하겠다"고 밝혔다. 차덕환 교육장은 "온작품 읽기가 학생 자존감과 사회적 상호작용을 촉진하는 계기가 되길 바란다"며 "감수성을 높이는 다양한 교육활동 지원으로 모든 학생이 행복하도록 적극 지원하겠다"고 말했다.

I plan to put it into practice in my classroom when the new school year begins." Superintendent Cha Duk-hwan said, "I hope whole book reading becomes an opportunity to promote students' self-esteem and social interaction," adding "I will actively support education to make all students happy through various educational activities that heighten sensitivity."
