윤건영 충청북도교육감은 8일 주간정책회의에서 평가는 학생의 다음 배움을 안내하는 성장 과정이라고 정의했다. 교육감은 학기말고사 이후 학생 상담지도와 보정학습에 현장 지원을 강조했다. 방학 중 다채움 프로그램을 활용한 자기주도학습과 학교별 특색프로그램 지원을 확대한다. 학교와 지원청, 직속기관의 협력으로 '격차를 줄이고 모두의 성장'을 실현하는 공교육의 힘을 강조했다.
◆ 대입 발표 시기 학생 마음건강 보호
수능 및 수시 발표 시기 학생들의 정서적 긴장이 높아진다. 윤 교육감은 결과 비교보다 학생의 마음을 지키는 것이 중요하다고 밝혔다. 선생님들의 따뜻한 위로와 경청이 학생들에게 큰 힘이 된다며 관련 부서에 어려움을 겪는 학생 세심한 관찰을 당부했다.
◆ 직업계고 신입생 모집 경쟁률·충원율 상승
올해 마이스터고 신입생 경쟁률과 특성화고 충원율이 상승하고 있다. 윤 교육감은 이를 '직업계고 전성기 프로젝트'를 통한 실무중심 학습 확대와 학생·학부모의 인식개선 성과로 평가했다. 직업교육 비전선포를 통해 '숙련된 기술인' 양성을 위한 신산업·신기술 분야로 충북형 미래직업교육이 도약할 것이라고 밝혔다. 습설로 인한 시설물 붕괴 위험에 대비해 안전수칙 교육도 지속적으로 강화하기로 했다.

◆ Vocational high school admission competition rates and enrollment rates rise
This year, competition rates for meister high schools and enrollment rates for specialized high schools are rising. Superintendent Yoon evaluated this as a result of expanded practical-focused learning through the "Golden Age Project for Vocational High Schools" and improved awareness among students and parents. Through a vocational education vision declaration, North Chungcheong-style future vocational education in new industries and technologies for cultivating "skilled technicians" will make further strides. Safety education rules will also be continuously strengthened in preparation for facility collapse risks from heavy snow.
