◆ 영동군청 포함 5개 기관 인증 취득

충북 영동군은 12월 3일 군청을 비롯해 관내 4개 기업이 2025년 가족친화인증을 취득했다고 밝혔다. 인증을 취득한 기업은 옥잠화영농조합법인, ㈜한국크레아, 천지바이오, 한신기업㈜이다. 가족친화인증은 자녀 출산·양육지원, 유연근무제 운영, 가족친화 직장 문화 조성 등 가족친화제도를 모범적으로 운영하는 기업과 공공기관에 부여하는 제도다. 여성가족부가 심사를 통해 인증을 부여한다.

◆ 영동군청 재인증 성공

영동군청은 기존 인증 유효기간이 2025년 11월 만료됨에 따라 재인증 절차를 준비했다. 군청은 조직 내 가족친화제도를 사전 점검하고 체계적인 재인증 절차를 진행해 인증을 성공적으로 갱신했다. 새로운 인증 유효기간은 2025년 12월 1일부터 2028년 11월 30일까지다. 인증기관은 중앙부처·지자체·금융기관 등에서 다양한 인센티브를 받을 수 있다.

◆ 맞춤형 설명회로 기업 인증 지원

영동군은 지역사회 내 가족친화적 조직문화 확산을 위해 노력해 왔다. 군은 관내 기업을 대상으로 맞춤형 제도 설명회를 개최해 제도 이해도를 높였다. 설명회는 5월 21일과 8월 6일 두 차례 실무 중심으로 진행됐다. 영동군 관계자는 "가족친화인증을 통해 지역사회 전반에 가족친화적 문화가 확산되고 기업들이 직원 복지 향상에 기여할 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Yeongdong County Office Successfully Recertified

Yeongdong County Office prepared recertification procedures as the existing certification validity period expired in November 2025. The county office pre-inspected family-friendly systems within the organization and proceeded with systematic recertification procedures to successfully renew certification. The new certification validity period runs from December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2028. Certified organizations can receive various incentives from central government ministries, local governments, and financial institutions.

◆ Customized Briefings Support Company Certification

Yeongdong County has worked to spread family-friendly organizational culture within the local community. The county held customized system briefings for local companies to improve understanding of the system. Briefings were conducted twice on May 21 and August 6 with a practical focus. A Yeongdong County official stated the county will continue to support family-friendly culture spreading throughout the local community and companies contributing to employee welfare improvement through Family-Friendly Certification.
