보령시의회, 의원연구회 최종보고회 개최...탄소중립·판매전략 발표

◆ 의원연구회 성과 발표 시작

보령시의회(의장 최은순)는 24일 의회 회의실에서 2025년 의원연구회 최종보고회를 개최했다. 이날 보고회는 의원연구회가 추진한 정책 연구 결과를 공유하고 향후 시정에 반영할 실효성 있는 정책 대안을 검토하기 위해 마련됐다. 보고회는 두 개 연구회의 연구 결과 발표와 질의응답 순으로 진행됐다.

◆ 두 과제 중심 연구 결과 발표

첫 번째 과제는 보령형 생산물품의 자생적 판매 기반 구축과 실효성 있는 마케팅 전략 수립(대표 추보라 의원)이다. 두 번째 과제는 보령시 농축산업의 탄소중립 기반 마련을 위한 스마트농축산·저탄소 프로그램 연구(대표 박상모 의원)다. 이번 연구는 보령시 농축산업의 지속가능성 확보와 지역 생산품의 경쟁력 강화를 목표로 추진됐으며, 정책적으로 실현 가능한 대안을 제시하는 데 중점을 뒀다.

◆ 정책화 추진·지속 협력 계획

보령시의회는 보고회에서 제안된 정책들을 검토한 뒤 관련 절차에 따라 심사를 진행했으며, 최종보고서를 관계부서와 공유할 예정이다. 최은순 의장은 "의원연구회 활동은 지역 문제를 심층적으로 분석하고 실천 가능한 정책을 마련하는 데 중요한 역할을 해왔다"면서 "이번 최종보고회가 시민에게 실질적인 도움이 되는 정책 개발로 이어지길 기대한다"고 했다. 보령시의회는 연구 성과가 실제 행정 정책에 반영될 수 있도록 지속 협력할 방침이다.
