◆초동 대응 능력 강화

괴산군보건소는 26일 오후 괴산종합운동장에서 2025년 생물테러 대비·대응 대규모 모의훈련을 실시했다. 괴산군청, 괴산경찰서, 괴산소방서, 충청북도119특수대응단, 제37사단 화생방대대, 2161-2대대, 괴산성모병원, 충청북도 등 8개 기관에서 80명이 참가했다. 훈련은 생물테러 발생 시 지역사회 내 유관기관 간 초동 현장 대응 능력을 강화하고 긴급상황 대응체계를 점검하기 위해 마련됐다.

◆단계별 대응 체계 점검

참가 기관들은 탄저균 유포를 가정한 시나리오에 따라 초기 조치, 양성자 발생 시 제독 및 노출자 분류, 감염 확산 방지 등 단계별 대응 과정을 현장 중심으로 전개했다. 각 단계에서 기관 간 초동 연계 체계의 적절성을 점검하고 실전 대응 절차를 확인했다.

◆신속한 협력 체계 강화

김미경 괴산군보건소장은 "이번 훈련을 통해 신속하고 유기적인 협력 체계를 강화해 군민의 생명과 안전을 지킬 수 있도록 만전을 다하겠다"고 말했다.

◆Strengthening Initial Response Capabilities

Goesan County Health Center conducted a large-scale bioterrorism preparedness and response drill on January 26, 2025, at Goesan General Sports Complex. Eighty personnel from eight organizations participated, including Goesan County Office, Goesan Police Station, Goesan Fire Station, Chungcheongbuk-do 119 Special Response Unit, 37th Division NBC Defense Battalion, 2161-2 Battalion, Goesan St. Mary's Hospital, and Chungcheongbuk-do Province. The drill aimed to strengthen initial on-site response capabilities among relevant agencies in the local community during bioterrorism incidents and to verify the emergency response system.

◆Phased Response System Verification

Participating agencies deployed phased response procedures centered on the scene, including initial measures, decontamination and exposure classification upon positive cases, and infection prevention under a scenario assuming anthrax dispersal. At each stage, agencies verified the adequacy of initial inter-agency coordination systems and confirmed real-world response procedures.

◆Strengthening Rapid Cooperative Framework

Kim Mi-gyeong, Director of Goesan County Health Center, said, "Through this drill, we will strengthen rapid and organic cooperative systems to ensure the safety and well-being of county residents."
