◆ 역량 강화 배움자리 개최

충청남도천안교육지원청(교육장 차덕환)은 11월 27일 목요일 천안교육지원청 대회의실에서 유치원·초등학교·중학교·고등학교·특수학교·각종학교 운영위원장 182명을 대상으로 '2025년 하반기 학교(유치원)운영위원장 역량 강화 배움자리'를 개최했다. 이번 연수는 학교 교육공동체 간 건강한 소통 문화를 형성하고 운영위원장의 역할과 리더십을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

◆ 스트레스·소통 기술이 핵심

교육청은 '스트레스 관리 및 소통의 기술'을 주제로 개인의 감정 이해, 관계 갈등의 예방과 조정, 가정과 학교 현장에서 즉시 적용 가능한 실천 전략을 다뤘다. 감정 관리부터 갈등 조정까지 현장 중심의 내용으로 구성해 참석자들의 호응을 받았다.

◆ 참석자·교육청 반응

연수 참여 운영위원장은 "심리적 부담과 소통에 대한 고민을 해소할 수 있었으며, 스트레스와 소통을 함께 관리하는 법을 배우는 유익한 시간이었다"고 말했다. 차덕환 교육장은 "운영위원장들이 소통과 참여의 중심에서 더욱 적극적인 역할을 해주기 바라며, 천안교육지원청도 지속적으로 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 했다.

The Chungcheongnam-do Cheonan Office of Education (Education Director Cha Deok-hwan) held the "2025 Second Half School(Kindergarten) Operating Committee Chair Competency Enhancement Learning Session" on Thursday, November 27, at the Cheonan Office of Education conference room, targeting 182 operating committee chairs from kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, special education schools, and various educational institutions. The training was designed to foster a healthy communication culture among school educational communities and strengthen the roles and leadership of operating committee chairs.

◆ Stress Management and Communication Skills Key Focus

The Office of Education addressed individual emotional understanding, prevention and mediation of relationship conflicts, and practical strategies immediately applicable in home and school settings under the theme "Stress Management and Communication Skills." Participants responded positively to the field-centered content structure, ranging from emotional management to conflict resolution.

An operating committee chair who participated in the training stated, "I was able to resolve psychological burdens and concerns about communication, and it was a valuable time learning how to manage stress and communication together." Education Director Cha Deok-hwan said, "I hope the operating committee chairs will take more active roles at the center of communication and participation, and the Cheonan Office of Education will continue to provide unwavering support."
