◆ 기업 경영 전략 분석 발표

김영배 충북연구원장이 "충북 기업인 경영 사례 발표"를 주제로 발표했다. 김 원장은 사전에 3개 기업을 직접 방문해 취재했다. 각 기업 성장 과정, 경영철학, 경쟁력, 향후 발전 방향을 분석했다. 발표 이후 신희증 동하정밀 대표, 이윤정 명전바이오 대표, 김윤섭 쉐메카 기술고문이 성장 사례를 공유했다. 이재진 포럼 회장은 "충북 경제 성장률이 전국 1위를 기록한 가운데 제조업 경기 회복이 본격화되고 있다"며 "3개 기업 사례를 통해 미래 준비 방안을 모색하는 시간이 되기를 바란다"고 말했다.

◆ 충북경제포럼 역할

(사)충북경제포럼은 1998년 설립됐다. 기업인, 경제단체장, 교수 등 250여 명이 회원으로 활동한다. 월례조찬강연회, 시군 순회세미나 등을 통해 충청북도 경제발전에 참여하고 있다.

◆ Event Overview and Participating Companies

The Chungbuk Economic Forum (Chairman Lee Jae-jin) held a monthly lecture on November 27 at Enford Hotel in Cheongju. Approximately 130 forum members and business leaders attended. The lecture introduced three outstanding businesses selected by the forum in the Chungbuk region. Donghwa Precision Co., Ltd. (CEO Shin Hee-joong), Myongjeon Bio Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Yun-jung), and Shemeca Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Jae-kwang) presented their management policies and strategies.

◆ Business Management Strategy Analysis and Presentation

Kim Young-bae, Director of the Chungbuk Research Institute, delivered a presentation titled "Chungbuk Business Management Cases." Director Kim visited the three companies in advance to conduct interviews. The director analyzed each company's growth process, management philosophy, competitiveness, and future development directions. Following the presentation, CEO Shin Hee-joong of Donghwa Precision, CEO Lee Yun-jung of Myongjeon Bio, and Technical Advisor Kim Yun-seop of Shemeca shared their growth cases. Chairman Lee Jae-jin said, "As Chungbuk's economic growth rate ranks first nationwide and manufacturing business recovery gains momentum, I hope this session becomes an opportunity to explore ways to prepare for the future through the cases of these three companies."

◆ Role of the Chungbuk Economic Forum

The Chungbuk Economic Forum was established in 1998. Approximately 250 members, including business owners, heads of economic organizations, and professors, participate. The forum contributes to the economic development of Chungcheongbuk-do Province through monthly breakfast lectures and visiting seminars in cities and counties.
