◆ 사업 개요 및 추진 일정

태안군이 공동주택의 쾌적한 주거환경 조성을 위해 관리비용 지원 사업과 공동체활성화 지원 사업을 추진한다. 신청 접수는 12월 1일부터 내년 1월 23일까지다. 태안군청 신속허가과에 신청 서류를 제출하면 된다. 군은 1월 마감 후 심사위원회를 구성해 2월 중 선정을 완료하고 3월부터 사업을 시작할 예정이다.

◆ 관리비용 지원 사업의 대상과 규모

관리비용 지원 사업의 대상은 주택법 및 건축법에 따라 건설된 6세대 이상 공동주택 단지 중 사용검사 승인 후 10년 이상 경과된 단지다. 임대아파트와 사원아파트는 제외된다. 지원 대상 사업은 주도로·가로수·경로당·놀이터·CCTV·보안등·주민운동시설·휴게시설 및 상하수도 유지보수, 담장 허물기, 홍보 도장 등이다. 지원금액은 세대 수에 따라 차등 지급된다. 619세대는 2천만 원 이내, 2099세대는 3천만 원 이내, 100199세대는 3,500만 원 이내, 200299세대는 4천만 원 이내, 300세대 이상은 5천만 원 이내다.

◆ 공동체 활성화 지원의 범위와 지원금

공동체활성화 지원 사업은 20세대 이상 공동주택이 신청 대상이다. 주민 소통·화합, 친환경 실천, 취미·창업, 교육·보육, 건강·운동, 이웃돕기·사회봉사 등 다양한 사업을 지원한다. 구체적으로는 주민 축제, 문화교류, 소식지 제작, 친환경 제품 만들기, 에너지 절약 교육, 녹색장터, 텃밭 가꾸기, 취미교실, 자녀·주부교육, 봉사활동 등이다. 지원금액은 단지당 최대 200만 원이다.

Application submission runs from December 1 through January 23 of next year. Applicants submit documents at the Rapid Permit Division, Taean County Office, located at 1 Guncheong-ro, Taean-eup. After the submission deadline in January, the county forms an evaluation committee, completes selection by February, and begins operations in March.

◆ Management Cost Support Program Targets and Scale

The management cost support program targets apartment complexes with six or more households constructed under the Housing Law and Building Act that have been in operation for 10 or more years following occupancy approval. Rental apartments and employee apartments are excluded. Eligible projects include main roads, street trees, senior centers, playgrounds, CCTV systems, security lights, resident fitness facilities, rest areas, and water supply and sewage maintenance, fence removal, and promotional painting. Support amounts vary by household count. Complexes with 6-19 households receive up to 20 million won; 20-99 households, up to 30 million won; 100-199 households, up to 35 million won; 200-299 households, up to 40 million won; and 300 or more households, up to 50 million won.

◆ Community Activation Support Scope and Funding

The community activation support program targets apartment complexes with 20 or more households. Supported programs include resident communication and harmony, eco-friendly practices, hobbies and start-ups, education and childcare, health and fitness, and community service. Specific projects include resident festivals, cultural exchanges, newsletter production, eco-friendly product creation, energy conservation education, green markets, community gardens, hobby classes, children's and housewife education, and volunteer activities. Maximum support per complex is 2 million won.
