당진시(시장 오성환)는 겨울철 강설과 결빙에 대비해 25일 대덕동 도로관리사무소에서 제설 준비 상황을 현장 점검했다. 당진시는 이날 제설 장비 451대와 제설 자재 5,411톤 확보를 확인했으며, 주요 간선도로와 취약 구간을 중심으로 24시간 비상 대응 체계를 운영한다.

당진시는 올해 전진기지, 북부기지, 남부기지, 송악하수처리장 중부 제설 기지 4곳을 운영한다. 자동염수분사장치는 기존 6개소에서 5개소를 추가해 총 11개소(연장 6.71km)를 확충했다. 자동염수분사자치장치는 노면 온도와 습도를 실시간으로 감지해 도로 결빙을 예방한다. 당진시는 마을안길 제설 자원봉사자 290명 대상으로 단체상해보험 가입을 완료했다.
