◆ 궁남초등학교(교장 김미옥)는 11월 19일 오리지널 과학 마술 콘서트를 개최했다. 한국과학창의재단 지원으로 진행된 이 공연에 부여군 소재 백제초, 대왕초, 옥산초 학생 150여 명이 참여했다. 소규모 학교 학생들이 동등하게 문화 혜택을 누렸다.

◆ 마술사 최형배는 과학 원리를 마술과 결합한 공연을 펼쳤다. 에너지, 빛의 성질, 베르누이 원리, 샤를의 법칙 등 과학 개념을 마술과 체험 형식으로 표현했다. 참여 학생들은 "재미있는 마술 속에서 과학 원리를 찾으니 과학이 어렵지 않았다"라고 전했다.

◆ 궁남초 관계자는 "학생들이 생활 속 과학 원리를 자연스럽게 이해하고 창의적 사고를 갖기를 바란다"고 말했다. 궁남초는 향후 지역 학생들 대상 과학 문화 체험 기회를 확대할 계획이다.

◆ Gungnam Elementary School (Principal Kim Mi-ok) held an Original Science Magic Concert on November 19. Supported by the Korea Science and Creativity Foundation, approximately 150 students from Baekje Elementary, Daewang Elementary, and Oksan Elementary in Buyeo County participated in the performance. Students from small-scale schools received equal access to cultural experiences.

◆ Magician Choi Hyung-bae presented performances combining scientific principles with magic. Scientific concepts including energy, properties of light, Bernoulli's principle, and Charles's Law were expressed through magic and experiential formats. Participating students stated, "When I found scientific principles in fun magic tricks, science didn't seem difficult at all."

◆ A Gungnam Elementary official said, "We hope students naturally understand scientific principles in their daily lives and develop creative thinking." Gungnam Elementary plans to expand opportunities for science and culture experiences for local students going forward.
