청주복지재단, 민관 통합사례관리 강화 간담회 개최

◆ 민관 협력 체계 구축

청주복지재단은 20일 청주시립요양병원에서 사례관리 업무 추진을 위한 민관 담당자 간담회를 개최했다. 상당구·서원구 사회복지 담당 공무원 40여 명과 통합사례관리사, 보건·복지·의료기관 관계자가 참석했다. 이번 간담회 지휘는 이범석 이사장이 맡았다.

◆ 우수사례 공유로 복지 사각지대 해소

간담회 운영은 기관별 사업 안내, 민관 협력의 필요성 논의, 우수사례 공유 순으로 진행됐다. 특히 우수사례 공유 시간에는 복지 사각지대 대상자 지원 방안과 복지자원 활용 방안을 중점 논의했다. 최은희 상임이사는 "민관이 긴밀히 협력해 효과적인 사례관리가 이루어질 수 있도록 다양한 지원 프로그램을 지속 추진하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ 2012년부터 13년간 추진...사례 중복·누락 방지

청주복지재단은 2012년부터 민관 담당자 간담회를 지속 개최해왔다. 기관별 사업 및 복지자원 공유, 담당자 간 협력 관계 강화, 사례관리 노하우 공유를 통해 복지사각지대 대상자의 중복·누락을 예방하고 있다. 청원구·흥덕구 담당자 대상 두 번째 간담회는 27일 개최된다.

◆ Sharing Best Practices to Address Welfare Blind Spots

The conference proceeded through three stages: institutional business briefings, discussion on the necessity of public-private cooperation, and sharing of best practices. Participants focused on support methods for vulnerable welfare groups and effective use of welfare resources. Choi Eun-hee, Executive Director of Cheongju Welfare Foundation, stated: "We will continuously promote various support programs, including conferences, education, and seminars, enabling effective case management through close public-private cooperation."

◆ Thirteen Years of Operations Since 2012...Preventing Duplicate and Omitted Cases

Cheongju Welfare Foundation has maintained regular public-private officials conferences since 2012. By sharing institutional projects and welfare resources, strengthening cooperation among officials, and exchanging case management expertise, the foundation prevents duplicate and omitted assistance to welfare blind spot populations. A second conference for officials overseeing Cheongwon-gu and Heungdeok-gu districts is scheduled for November 27.
