◆ 관내 농가 전수조사 개시

부여군 박정현 군수는 11월 20일부터 12월 22일까지 관내 모든 농림어가를 대상으로 '2025 농림어업총조사'를 실시한다. 이 조사는 국가데이터처가 주관하는 5년 주기 전국 단위 조사로 우리나라 농림어업 정책 수립의 핵심 기초자료로 활용된다. 부여군 관내 조사 대상은 2025년 12월 1일 0시 기준 농림어가 14,237가구다.

◆ 인터넷·방문 조사 병행

조사는 참여자 편의성을 높이기 위해 두 가지 방식으로 진행된다. 인터넷을 통한 비대면 조사는 11월 20일부터 12월 10일까지 진행되며, 응답하지 않은 가구에는 12월 1일부터 22일까지 조사원이 직접 방문해 태블릿PC로 면접조사를 실시한다. 조사 항목은 농림어업 종사 형태, 시설 면적, 경영형태, 스마트농업 등 총 133개다. 모든 응답 내용은 통계법에 따라 비밀이 보호되며 통계 목적 외에는 사용되지 않는다.

◆ 조사원 110명 교육 예정

부여군은 지난 18일까지 조사원 110명을 채용 완료했다. 성공적인 조사 수행을 위해 11월 24일부터 26일까지 읍면 담당 공무원 16명과 조사원 110명을 대상으로 조사 지침 및 조사표 작성 방법 교육을 진행한다. 군 관계자는 "조사 결과는 지속 가능한 농산어촌 지역 정책 수립과 지원사업의 중요한 근거 자료가 된다"면서 "조사원 방문 시 조사원증을 반드시 확인하고 성실한 응답을 부탁드린다"고 했다.

◆ Countywide agricultural census begins

The survey is a five-year cycle national census supervised by the National Data Agency and serves as essential baseline data for establishing agricultural and forestry policies nationwide. The survey covers 14,237 agricultural households as of 0:00 on December 1, 2025, in Buyeo County.

◆ Parallel online and on-site surveys

The survey is conducted through two methods to enhance participant convenience. Online surveys are conducted from November 20 to December 10. For households that do not respond online, surveyors visit from December 1 to 22 to conduct face-to-face interviews using tablet PCs. Survey items comprise 133 categories, including agricultural, forestry and fisheries occupation types, facility areas, management types, and smart farming. All responses are strictly protected under the Statistics Act and not used for purposes other than statistics.

◆ Training scheduled for 110 surveyors

Buyeo County completed recruitment of 110 surveyors by November 18. To ensure successful survey implementation, the county will conduct training for 16 township administrators and 110 surveyors from November 24 to 26 on survey guidelines and survey form completion methods. A county official stated, "Survey results will serve as important baseline data for establishing sustainable rural regional policies and support projects," adding, "Please verify the surveyor's identification when visited and cooperate with sincere responses."
