보은군, AI 활용 부패 방지 교육...청렴 시책 실효성 강화

◆ 공직자 150명 부패 방지 교육

보은군이 19일 군청 대회의실에서 신규 임용자와 승진자 등 공직자 150여 명을 대상으로 부패 방지 교육을 실시했다.

국민 권익 위원회 청렴 연수원 주양순 강사가 강의를 맡았다. 주 강사는 이해 충돌 방지법, 청탁 금지법, 갑질 방지 등 공직자가 반드시 알아야 할 법령을 실제 사례 중심으로 설명했다.

교육 참석자들은 "청렴은 단순히 뇌물·청탁을 거부하는 차원을 넘어 군민이 느끼는 불친절과 소극 행정까지 포함된다는 사실을 명확히 알게 됐다"고 말했다. 참석자들은 "직무 과정에서 책임감을 갖고 적극 실천하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ 군민 접점 부서 교육·점검 강화

최재형 보은군수는 "조직에 젊은 공무원이 많이 들어오면서 청렴한 조직 문화에 대한 요구 또한 커지고 있다"고 말했다.

최 군수는 "이번 교육이 공직자의 자세를 다시 세우고, 군민이 신뢰할 수 있는 보은군을 만드는 밑거름이 되길 바란다"고 밝혔다.

보은군은 청렴도 체감도를 높이기 위해 군민과의 접점 부서 중심으로 교육과 점검을 강화한다.
