◆ 핵심 응원 전달
충남교육청 김지철 교육감은 13일 오전 서산여자고등학교 2026학년도 대학수학능력시험 시험장을 방문했다. 김 교육감은 시험장 진입 수험생 한 명씩과 눈을 맞추며 응원했다.
김 교육감은 "이번 수험생들은 대입 정책 변화 속에서도 자신이 세운 목표대로 묵묵히 노력해 왔다"라고 했다. 이어 "오늘의 시험이 그동안의 노력을 결실로 맺는 날이 되길 바라고, 마지막 순간까지 아름다운 도전을 멈추지 않는 여러분이 자랑스럽다"라고 전했다.

◆ 현장 참석 및 감사
현장에는 김지용 서산교육지원청 교육장, 이용국 충남도의회 의원, 조동식 서산시의회 의장, 표미자 충남학부모연합회 회장, 손안수 서산시학교운영위원장협의회 수석부회장 등이 참석했다. 이들은 수험생들이 차분한 분위기에서 시험에 집중하도록 격려했다.
김 교육감은 학부모와 가족에게 "자녀의 꿈을 위해 따뜻하게 지켜보고 헌신해주신 노고에 깊이 감사 드린다"라고 인사했다. 또한 경찰 관계자와 봉사활동 시민들에게도 감사를 전했다.

◆ 안정적 시험 관리 체계
충남교육청은 방송점검을 실시했다. 충남경찰청, 충남소방본부, 충남도청과 협력해 재난 대응, 특별교통관리, 수험생 긴급 수송, 부정행위 예방 등 비상 상황 대응 체계를 구축했다.
폭발물 허위 신고에 대비해 서산을 포함한 7개 시험지구 53개 시험장 전체에 종합점검을 실시했다. 시험장 주변 주·야간 순찰도 강화했다.

◆ Core Encouragement Delivered
Kim Ji-chul, superintendent of Chungnam Office of Education, visited Seosan Women's High School test site for the 2026 academic year College Entrance Examination on the morning of November 13. Superintendent Kim encouraged each student entering the test site while maintaining eye contact.
Superintendent Kim stated, "These test-takers have worked steadily toward their goals even amid changes in college admission policies." He added, "I hope today's exam becomes a day where your efforts bear fruit, and I am proud of all of you who never stop making beautiful challenges until the very end."
◆ On-Site Participation and Gratitude
Kim Ji-yong, superintendent of Seosan Office of Education, Lee Yong-guk, member of Chungnam Provincial Council, Cho Dong-shik, chairman of Seosan City Council, Pyo Mi-ja, chairperson of Chungnam Parent Association, and Sohn An-su, vice-chairman of Seosan City School Operations Committee Meeting attended the site. They encouraged test-takers to concentrate on the exam in a calm atmosphere.
Superintendent Kim expressed to parents and families, "I deeply appreciate your dedication in warmly watching over and supporting your children's dreams." He also conveyed gratitude to police officials and volunteer citizens.
◆ Stable Test Management System
Chungnam Office of Education conducted broadcast inspections. In cooperation with Chungnam Police Agency, Chungnam Fire Headquarters, and Chungnam Provincial Government, the office established an emergency response system including disaster response, special traffic management, emergency transport of test-takers, and prevention of cheating.
In preparation for false bomb threats, comprehensive inspections were conducted at all 53 test sites across 7 test districts including Seosan. Patrols around test sites during day and night hours were also reinforced.
