◆ 청양군의회 23건 안건 심의… 정례회 대비
청양군의회 의장 김기준은 11월 12일 의원 및 부서장과 정책간담회를 열었다. 청양군의회는 이 자리에서 조례 13건과 기타 안건 10건 등 총 23건을 심의했다. 이달 18일부터 12월 9일 예정된 제316회 정례회 개최를 앞두고 안건을 미리 검토한 것이다.
◆ 의원 발의 4건 조례 논의… 도시가스·전기금융사기 중심
의원 발의 안건 4건이 심의 대상이 됐다. 이봉규 의원이 발의한 도시가스 공급시설 설치비 지원 조례안, 윤일묵 의원의 전기통신금융사기 피해 예방 지원 조례안, 차미숙 의원 외 7인의 농어촌기본소득 지원 조례 개정안, 윤일묵 의원의 자전거 이용 활성화 조례 개정안이 논의됐다.
◆ 정례회 22일간 개최… 2026년 본예산 처리
청양군의회 정례회는 11월 18일 개회한다. 12월 9일까지 22일간 운영된다. 2025년도 추가경정예산과 2026년도 본예산 처리가 주요 안건이다. 김기준 의장은 "논의 의견을 군정에 반영해 효율적인 행정을 추진하겠다"고 말했다.

The ordinance for city gas supply facility installation fee support introduced by Councilman Lee Bong-kyou, the ordinance for telecommunications financial fraud damage prevention support introduced by Councilman Yoon Il-muk, the partial amendment ordinance for rural basic income support introduced by Councilwoman Cha Mi-suk and seven others, and the partial amendment ordinance for bicycle utilization promotion introduced by Councilman Yoon Il-muk were discussed.
◆ Regular Session Convenes November 18... Processes 2026 Main Budget
Cheongyang County Council's regular session opens November 18. Operations run for 22 days through December 9. Processing of the 2025 supplementary budget and 2026 main budget serve as major agenda items. Chairman Kim Ki-jun stated, "We will reflect the discussed opinions in county administration and pursue efficient governance."
