보은군은 2025년 7월 1일 기준 개별공시지가 809필지를 확정해 공시했다고 31일 밝혔다. 군은 오는 11월 28일까지 이의신청을 접수한다.
◆ 올해 상반기 토지 변동분 대상
이번 공시 대상 토지는 올해 1월 1일부터 6월 30일 사이 분할·합병·지목변경 등이 발생한 필지다. 군은 개별 토지 특성과 주변 거래 사례를 반영해 가격을 산정했다.
토지소유자 및 이해관계인은 보은군 민원과 토지정보팀을 방문하거나 유선 문의를 통해 공시가격을 확인할 수 있다. 보은군 홈페이지와 부동산공시가격알리미(www.realtyprice.kr)에서도 열람이 가능하다.
◆ 이의신청 절차
가격에 이의가 있는 경우 이의신청서를 작성해 방문 또는 우편으로 제출하면 된다. 부동산공시가격알리미 사이트를 통한 온라인 제출도 가능하다.
군은 접수된 신청 건에 대해 결정지가의 적정 여부를 재조사한다. 감정평가사의 검증과 부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 신청기간 종료 후 30일 이내에 결과를 신청인에게 통보할 예정이다.
이호연 군 토지정보팀장은 "개별공시지가는 국세·지방세, 각종 부담금 및 사용료 산정의 기초자료로 활용된다"며 "토지소유자 및 이해관계인은 반드시 기간 내 확인해 달라"고 당부했다.

The county will reinvestigate the appropriateness of the determined land price for submitted applications. After appraisal by certified appraisers and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, results will be notified to applicants within 30 days after the application period ends.
Lee Ho-yeon, head of the county's Land Information Team, said, "Individual public land prices are used as basic data for calculating national taxes, local taxes, various charges, and usage fees," and requested, "Landowners and interested parties must verify within the period."
