공주시의회, 제261회 임시회 개회…11일간 조례안 심사·시정질문

◆ 임시회 개회, 11일 일정 시작
공주시의회(의장 임달희)는 10월 21일 제261회 임시회를 개회했다. 이번 임시회는 10월 31일까지 11일간 진행된다.
21일 열린 제1차 본회의에서 송영월 의원은 '국립공주대학교와 충남대학교 통합을 즉각 중단하라'는 주제로 5분 발언을 했다. 이상표 의원은 '20년의 기다림, 우금티에 대한 역사적 책무를 묻습니다'를 주제로 발언했다.
◆ 조례안 심사·시정질문 실시
이번 임시회는 조례안 심사와 시정질문, 현장 방문을 진행한다.
주요 일정은 다음과 같다. 22일 의회운영위원회가 조례안을 심사한다. 23일부터 24일까지 시정질문을 실시한다. 27일 행정복지위원회가 조례안을 심사한다. 28일 산업건설위원회가 조례안을 심사한다. 29일 현장 방문을 진행한다. 31일 제4차 본회의를 끝으로 폐회한다.
◆ 부의장 "시정 전반 점검할 것"
이용성 부의장은 개회사에서 "시정질문을 통해 시정 전반을 점검하고 실질적인 대안과 정책 방향을 제시하겠다"고 밝혔다.
이 부의장은 "공주시의회 의원들의 의정활동이 시민에게 결실을 가져다주기를 바란다"고 말했다.
