세종시 치매안심센터, 치매환자와 가족 위한 힐링 프로그램 현장 사진/ 세종시

세종특별자치시(시장 최민호)는 지난 17일 국립세종수목원에서 치매환자와 가족 등 20명을 대상으로 '치매가족 힐링 프로그램'을 진행했다.

이번 행사는 치매환자와 가족의 심리적 안정을 지원하고 돌봄 부담을 완화하기 위해 세종시 치매안심센터 가족지원 사업의 일환으로 기획됐다.

참가자들은 전문해설사와 함께 전기버스를 타고 수목원의 주요 명소를 탐방했다. 사계절 온실과 생활정원, 궁궐정원 등을 산책하며 가족 간 소통과 관계 회복의 시간을 가졌다.

김수영 세종시 치매안심센터장은 "이번 프로그램은 치매환자와 가족이 함께 마음을 나누고 소통을 경험할 수 있었던 시간이었다"며 "앞으로도 치매환자와 가족의 심리적 안정과 돌봄 지원을 위한 프로그램을 지속 추진하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Sejong Special Self-Governing City (Mayor Choi Min-ho) held a 'Dementia Family Healing Program' for 20 dementia patients and their families at the National Sejong Arboretum on the 17th. The event was planned as part of the Sejong City Dementia Care Center's family support project to support psychological stability of dementia patients and families and ease the burden of care.

Participants toured major attractions of the arboretum by electric bus with professional guides. They had time for family communication and relationship recovery while walking through the four-season greenhouse, living garden, and palace garden.

Kim Su-young, director of Sejong City Dementia Care Center, stated, "This program was a meaningful time where dementia patients and families could share their hearts and experience communication together," adding "We will continue to promote various programs for psychological stability and care support for dementia patients and families."
