◆ 배움자리 개요
충청남도당진교육지원청(교육장 정은영)은 10월 15일 당진 일원에서 ‘2025 하반기 신규교사 성장 지원 배움자리 - 마을교사와 함께하는 버스타고 당진 나들이’를 운영했다. 이번 배움자리는 관내 유·초·중·특 신규교사 24명을 대상으로 지역 교육자원을 교육과정과 연계할 방안을 탐색하기 위해 마련됐다.

◆ 탐방 활동
참가 교사들은 솔뫼성지, 면천읍성 등 당진의 주요 문화유산과 지역 산업체, 마을공동체를 탐방하며 마을교육과정 적용 가능성을 모색했다. 교사들은 또한 학생 맞춤형 체험활동 사례를 공유하고, 지역사회 기반 교육과정 운영 방향을 함께 논의했다.

◆ 교육장 발언 및 기대
정은영 교육장은 “이번 배움자리가 신규교사들이 당진 지역을 이해하고 사랑하는 계기가 되길 바라며, 동료 교사 간 소통과 협력을 통해 교직 적응력을 높이는 기회가 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.

◆ Overview of Learning Trip
The Chungnam Dangjin Education Support Office (Superintendent Jeong Eun-young) conducted the “2025 Second Half New Teacher Growth Learning Trip - Bus Tour with Village Teachers in Dangjin” on October 15, 2025. The program targeted 24 new teachers in kindergartens, elementary, middle, and special schools to explore ways to link local educational resources with the curriculum.

◆ Field Activities
Participating teachers visited Dangjin’s cultural heritage sites, including Solmoe Holy Site and Myeoncheon Fortress, local industries, and village communities to explore applications for village-based curriculum. Teachers also shared student-centered experiential learning examples and discussed directions for operating community-based curricula.

◆ Superintendent’s Remarks
Superintendent Jeong Eun-young said, “We hope this learning trip helps new teachers understand and appreciate Dangjin and provides an opportunity to enhance professional adaptation through communication and collaboration with colleagues.”
