◆ 인력중개 50만명 달성
충북도는 16일 도시농부 인력중개 50만명 달성을 기념해 청주시 흥덕구 미호천 영농법인 회의실에서 '중부권 사업참여자 간담회'를 개최했다. 충북형 도시농부는 도농 상생 일자리 사업이다.
◆ 시스템 개선·관리체계 강화 요구
김영환 충북지사는 간담회에서 도시농부 30여 명과 사업발전을 위한 방안을 논의했다. 참석자들은 사업 지속성 확보를 위한 인력중개 시스템 개선과 특정 참여자 쏠림현상을 방지하기 위한 대책 마련이 필요하다는 의견을 제시했다. 참석자들은 참여자 편의증진을 위한 시군별 대표번호 통합, 전산시스템 보완 등 관리체계 강화를 요구했다. 김 지사는 "2023년 충북이 전국 최초로 시행한 이 사업은 농촌일자리 창출 선도모델로 정착했다"고 말했다. 김 지사는 "도농 상생형 일자리모델로 더 발전할 수 있도록 현장의 의견을 반영하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
◆ 30일 옥천·11월 14일 제천서 간담회
김 지사는 이달 30일 옥천군에서 남부권 간담회, 11월 14일 제천시에서 북부권 간담회를 진행한다. 충북형 도시농부 사업은 도시민과 농촌이 상생하는 지역 일자리 정책으로 평가받아 올해 지방자치단체 일자리 대상 종합대상을 수상했다.

Chungbuk-type urban farmer is an urban-rural win-win job project.
◆ System Improvement and Management System Enhancement Requested
Chungbuk Governor Kim Young-hwan discussed ways to develop the project with about 30 urban farmers at the meeting. Participants presented opinions that improvement of the labor mediation system to secure project sustainability and measures to prevent concentration on specific participants are necessary. Participants requested strengthening of management systems such as integration of representative numbers by city and county and supplementation of computer systems to improve participant convenience. Governor Kim said, "This project, implemented by Chungbuk for the first time nationwide in 2023, has been established as a leading model for creating rural jobs." Governor Kim added, "We will reflect field opinions so that it can further develop into an urban-rural win-win job model."
◆ Meeting in Okcheon on 30th, Jecheon on November 14
Governor Kim will hold a southern region meeting in Okcheon County on the 30th of this month and a northern region meeting in Jecheon City on November 14. The Chungbuk-type urban farmer project was evaluated as a regional job policy where urbanites and rural areas coexist and won the grand prize for the local government jobs award this year.
