◆ 15~17일 학년별 체육대회

천안가온초등학교(교장 김경실)는 10월 15일부터 17일까지 전교생을 대상으로 한마음 체육대회를 열었다. 두 개 학년씩 3일 동안 진행했다.

체육대회는 오전 9시 안전교육으로 시작했다. 교장의 개회선언 후 준비운동을 했다.

◆ 놀이형 경기 참여

1·2학년은 달리기 외에 지구 굴리기, 땅따먹기, 색판 뒤집기, 볼풀공 서바이벌, 미션 계주 등 활동 중심의 놀이형 경기에 참여했다.

3·4학년은 사다리 릴레이, 파도봉, 손에손잡고, 스피드 낙하산, 줄다리기 등 전략과 체력이 어우러진 종목을 수행했다.

5·6학년은 장애물 달리기, 전략 줄다리기, 에드벌룬 배구, 에어테니스, 너프건, 후프 최강자 등 심화된 경기에 도전했다. 체력과 집중력을 시험했다.

모든 학년은 청백 계주에서 학급별 대표로 출전하여 경쟁했다.

학생들은 정해진 규칙을 지키고 서로 협동하며 체육대회를 즐겼다. 응원과 함성으로 운동장이 뜨거웠다.

김경실 교장은 "체육대회는 이기고 지는 승패가 중요한 것이 아니라 서로 협력하고 응원하는 협동심을 배우는 것이 중요하다"고 말했다.

김 교장은 "함께하는 마음을 가지고 다치지 않고 안전하게 즐기는 축제가 되었으면 좋겠다"고 당부했다.
