◆ 16일 인문학 아카데미 개강
세종특별자치시(시장 최민호)는 16일 세종시청 여민실에서 '서울대학교와 함께하는 인문학 아카데미'를 개강했다. 9월 세종시와 서울대학교 간 업무협약에 따른 첫 번째 후속 협력사업이다. 서울대학교의 학술 지원을 통한 다양한 분야의 강연으로 시민들의 인문학적 소양을 높이기 위해 마련했다. 개강식에는 세종시민대학 집현전으로 사전 신청한 260명의 수강생과 현장 등록자들이 참여했다. 첫 강연은 서울대학교 교육학과 신종호 교수가 맡아 '인공지능(AI) 시대의 미래 역량: 무엇을, 왜 배워야 하는가?'를 주제로 진행했다.
◆ 11월 27일까지 매주 목요일 6회 운영
아카데미는 11월 27일까지 매주 목요일(3차시만 금요일) 오후 4시부터 6시까지 세종시청 여민실에서 운영한다. 총 6회 진행한다. 미래교육, 철학, 사회, 환경 등 다양한 주제로 구성했다. 서울대 석학들이 강연자로 참여한다. 세종시민 누구나 무료로 수강할 수 있다. 시민대학 집현전 누리집(sjlms.sjhle.or.kr)에서 사전 신청하거나 현장 접수하면 된다.
◆ "지속가능한 교육 협력 모델 만들겠다"
금현섭 서울대학교 행정대학원장은 "서울대학교의 학술 지원을 바탕으로 세종시와 지속가능한 교육 협력 모델을 만들어 가겠다"고 말했다. 최민호 시장은 "서울대학교와의 협력을 통해 세종시민들의 학구열과 지성에 불을 지피는 계기를 지속적으로 마련해나가겠다"고 밝혔다. 시는 아카데미를 시작으로 서울대학교와의 협력사업을 점차 확대하고, 향후 세종공동캠퍼스 및 복합캠퍼스와 연계한 지속가능한 교육‧연구 협력 프로그램 운영 체계를 구축할 계획이다.

◆ Operated 6 Times Every Thursday Until November 27
The academy will be held every Thursday (only the 3rd session on Friday) from 4 PM to 6 PM at Sejong City Hall Yeomin Room until November 27. It will run a total of 6 times. It consists of various themes including future education, philosophy, society, and environment. Scholars from Seoul National University participate as lecturers. All Sejong citizens can attend for free. Pre-registration is available on the Citizens University Jiphyeonjeon website (sjlms.sjhle.or.kr) or through on-site registration.
◆ "Will Create Sustainable Education Cooperation Model"
Keum Hyun-seop, Dean of Seoul National University's Graduate School of Public Administration, said, "We will create a sustainable education cooperation model with Sejong City based on Seoul National University's academic support." Mayor Choi Min-ho said, "We will continue to create opportunities to ignite the academic enthusiasm and intellect of Sejong citizens through cooperation with Seoul National University." The city plans to gradually expand cooperation projects with Seoul National University starting with this academy, and establish a sustainable education and research cooperation program operation system linked with Sejong Joint Campus and Complex Campus in the future.
