◆ Seoul Dormitory Scale and Facilities
The Chungcheongnam-do Seoul Dormitory opened in August 2020 in Oruido, Guro-gu, Seoul. With a structure spanning basement 2 floors to 12 stories above ground, it accommodates 280 residents. It operates a library, study room, laundry facility, gym, and restaurant, providing three balanced nutritional meals daily. Dangjin City invested KRW 1.3 billion to secure a stake in 10 dormitory units (2 persons per unit).
