◆ AI스피커·활동량계 활용 비대면 건강관리

충북 괴산군은 인공지능(AI)·사물인터넷(IoT) 기반 어르신 건강관리사업 참여자를 내년 1~2월 선착순 210명 모집한다고 27일 밝혔다. 이 사업은 오늘건강 앱, 블루투스 손목 활동량계, 화면형 AI스피커 등 디바이스를 활용해 비대면 건강관리서비스를 제공한다. 군은 사전 건강스크리닝을 통해 대상자의 건강행태를 파악한 뒤 맞춤형 미션을 부여하고 6개월간 비대면 건강관리서비스를 제공한다.

◆ LTE 스마트폰 보유자 신청 가능

신청 대상은 65세 이상 지역 주민이다. LTE용 스마트폰(2G 및 아이폰 제외)을 보유하고 스스로 사용 가능한 경우 참여할 수 있다. 다만 보건소 모바일 헬스케어 대상자와 국민건강보험공단 만성질환관리 자가측정기기 지원 대상자는 제외된다. 희망자는 군보건소 1층 방문보건실을 방문하거나 전화로 신청하면 된다.

◆ 취약계층 돌봄 공백 해소 기대

군 관계자는 "이번 사업이 취약계층의 돌봄 공백을 줄이고 건강관리 접근성을 높이는 데 도움이 되길 바란다"며 "스마트 기술을 통해 어르신들의 생활습관 형성과 자가건강관리 역량을 강화해 노후생활을 돕겠다"고 말했다.

Goesan County in North Chungcheong Province announced on December 27 that it will recruit 210 participants on a first-come, first-served basis in January-February next year for its AI and IoT-based senior health management program. The program provides non-face-to-face health management services using devices including the Oneul Health app, Bluetooth wrist activity trackers, and screen-type AI speakers. The county will assess participants' health behaviors through preliminary health screening, assign customized missions, and provide non-face-to-face health management services for six months.

◆ Applicants Must Have LTE Smartphones

Eligible applicants are local residents aged 65 and over. Those who own LTE smartphones (excluding 2G phones and iPhones) and can use them independently may participate. However, participants in public health center mobile healthcare programs and those receiving self-measurement device support for chronic disease management from the National Health Insurance Service are excluded. Interested individuals can apply by visiting the visiting health room on the first floor of the county public health center or by phone.

◆ Expected to Address Care Gaps for Vulnerable Groups

A county official said, "We hope this program will help reduce care gaps for vulnerable groups and improve access to health management." The official added, "We will help seniors with their later years by strengthening their lifestyle habits and self-health management capabilities through smart technology."
