◆ 종합청렴도 81.6점으로 전국 평균 상회
국민권익위원회가 실시한 종합청렴도 평가에서 금산군의회는 종합청렴도 81.6점(2등급), 청렴체감도 74.0점(2등급), 청렴노력도 92.9점(3등급)을 기록했다. 세 항목 모두 전국 지방의회 평균을 상회하는 수치다. 특히 직무관계자·단체 및 전문가·지역주민 등 336명 대상 설문조사에 바탕한 청렴체감도 평가에서는 전년 대비 1등급 상승했다.
◆ 의정활동 안정적…반부패 계획 개선 필요
금산군의회는 의정활동과 의회 운영 전반에서 비교적 안정적인 평가를 받았다. 다만 반부패 추진계획의 구체성 및 다양성 등 일부 항목에서는 개선이 필요한 것으로 확인됐다.
◆ 고위공직자 청렴 의지 구체화…소통 강화 추진
김기윤 의장은 "이번 종합청렴도 평가 결과를 엄중히 받아들이고, 미흡한 부분은 체계적으로 개선해 나가겠다"며 "군민이 신뢰할 수 있는 투명하고 책임 있는 의회가 되도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다. 금산군의회는 고위공직자의 청렴 의지를 구체화하여 반부패 추진계획을 보완하고, 의회 누리집과 SNS 등을 활용한 의정활동 공개와 소통을 더욱 강화할 계획이다.

All three metrics exceeded the national average for local councils. Notably, in the public integrity perception evaluation based on surveys of 336 respondents including those in job-related positions, organizations and experts, and local residents, the council achieved a one-grade improvement from the previous year.
◆ Legislative Activities Evaluated Stably...Anti-corruption Plan Requires Improvement
Geumsan County Council received relatively stable evaluations in overall legislative activities and council operations. However, certain items including the specificity and diversity of anti-corruption promotion plans were identified as requiring improvement.
◆ Concretizing High-ranking Official Integrity...Strengthening Communication Plans
Chairman Kim Ki-yun stated, "We will take this comprehensive integrity evaluation result seriously and systematically improve any deficient areas. We will continue making efforts to become a transparent and accountable council that can earn the trust of citizens." Geumsan County Council plans to concretize the integrity commitment of high-ranking officials, supplement its anti-corruption promotion plan, and further strengthen disclosure of legislative activities and communication through the council website and SNS.
