◆ 코이카 공공데이터 품질인증 2년 연속 최우수 등급

코이카(KOICA, 한국국제협력단)는 2025년 행정안전부 '공공데이터 품질인증'에서 2년 연속 최고 등급인 '최우수' 등급을 획득했다. 코이카는 공공데이터 관리, 공공데이터 값, 공공데이터 개방·활용 3개 영역에서 모두 만점을 받았다. 공공데이터 품질인증은 행안부가 공공기관 보유 데이터의 품질과 관리체계를 평가해 등급별로 인증을 부여하는 제도다. 2023년 처음 도입돼 올해로 3년째 시행되고 있다.

◆ AI 기반 데이터 품질관리 체계 정비

공적개발원조(ODA) 대표 시행기관인 코이카는 데이터 품질 향상을 위해 다각적인 노력을 추진하고 있다. 코이카는 AI 기반 데이터 품질관리 체계를 정비했다. 시스템 구축 단계부터 예방적 품질관리 활동을 강화했다. 장원삼 코이카 이사장은 "고품질의 데이터는 AI 전환의 핵심 기반"이라며 "기관 전반에 걸쳐 데이터 품질 수준을 체계적으로 높여 정부의 AI 전환 정책에 부응해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ 코이카 공공데이터 누구나 열람 가능

코이카 ODA 통계 정보, 국가별 협력사업, 해외봉사단 프로그램 등 다양한 공공데이터는 행안부 공공데이터포털에서 누구나 열람할 수 있다. 코이카 오픈데이터 포털(www.oda.go.kr)을 통해서도 접근이 가능하다.

◆ KOICA Achieves Highest Grade in Public Data Quality Certification for 2nd Year

KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) achieved the highest 'Excellent' grade for the second consecutive year in the 2025 'Public Data Quality Certification' conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. KOICA received perfect scores in all three areas: public data management, public data value, and public data openness·utilization. The Public Data Quality Certification is a system where the Ministry evaluates the quality and management systems of data held by public institutions and grants certification by grade. It was first introduced in 2023 and is being implemented for the third year this year.

◆ Establishing AI-Based Data Quality Management System

KOICA, the representative implementing agency for Official Development Assistance (ODA), is pursuing multifaceted efforts to improve data quality. KOICA established an AI-based data quality management system. The agency strengthened preventive quality management activities from the system construction stage. KOICA Chairman Jang Won-sam stated, "High-quality data is the core foundation for AI transformation," adding, "We will systematically raise the data quality level across the entire organization to respond to the government's AI transformation policy."

◆ KOICA Public Data Available for Public Access

Various public data including KOICA ODA statistical information, country-specific cooperation projects, and overseas volunteer programs are available for anyone to view on the Ministry's Public Data Portal. Access is also possible through the KOICA Open Data Portal (www.oda.go.kr).
