천안교육지원청은 12월 22일 천안교육지원청 대회의실에서 2026학년도 학교회계 예산편성을 앞두고 관내 전체 학교 행정실장 및 예산업무 담당자를 대상으로 'K-에듀파인 학교회계 예산편성 연수'를 개최했다.

이번 연수는 K-에듀파인 시스템 활용 능력 강화 및 단위학교 예산업무의 체계적 지원을 목표로 마련됐다. 차덕환 교육장은 "표준화된 예산편성 체계 확립으로 단위학교 예산편성 업무가 안정적으로 운영되기를 기대한다"고 밝혔다. 연수는 예산편성 시 유의사항과 K-에듀파인 시스템을 활용한 예산편성 방법 등 실제 업무에 바로 적용 가능한 실무 중심 내용으로 구성됐다.

◆ 맞춤형 교육으로 예산업무 이해도 제고

천안교육지원청은 학교회계 예산 및 집행에 대한 맞춤형 교육을 통해 예산업무 전반의 이해도 향상에 중점을 뒀다. 이를 통해 단위학교 예산편성 업무의 효율성과 정확성 강화를 도모했다.

◆ 현장 지원과 컨설팅 병행 추진

천안교육지원청은 학교회계 업무 담당자의 역량 강화를 위해 연수 외 현장 지원을 병행하고 있다. 특히 학교회계 집행 컨설팅을 통해 현장의 애로사항 및 개선 의견을 지속적으로 반영할 계획이다. 차덕환 교육장은 "현장 중심의 실무 연수를 지속적으로 운영하여 학교회계 업무의 전문성과 안정성을 높여나가겠다"고 덧붙였다.

The Cheonan Office of Education focused on improving comprehensive understanding of budget operations through customized education on school account budgets and execution. This aimed to enhance efficiency and accuracy in unit school budget planning operations.
