1부에서 임수희 브랜딩과말하기연구소 대표는 '품격 있는 태도와 말하기'를 주제로 리더에게 필요한 언어 태도와 공감 기반 소통 전략을 사례 중심으로 전달했다. 2부에서는 바이올리니스트 조윤범이 '파워클래식' 특강을 진행해 클래식 음악을 통해 리더십의 균형, 감정 조율, 몰입의 가치를 경험하는 감성 리더십 교육을 제공했다.

◆ 감사패 수여 및 지역 활동

협의회는 주요 사업 추진에 실질적 지원을 한 유공자 4명에게 감사패를 전달했다. 신미진 시의원은 일일찻집 운영 공간 제공, 임연숙 금강씽크공장 대표는 싱크대 무상 교체 지원, 조은아한복 조은아 대표는 한복 무상 제공, 임선희 한국자유총연맹 아산시지회장은 단체 활동 전반에 협력한 공로로 각각 수상했다. 오세현 시장은 "여성단체협의회는 행정과 시민을 잇는 중요한 파트너"라며 "다문화 이주여성을 위한 특화사업으로 지역사회에 돌봄과 나눔 문화를 확산시킨 노고에 감사한다"고 전했다.

In the first session, Im Su-hee, representative of the Branding and Speaking Research Institute, delivered a lecture on "Dignified Attitude and Speaking," presenting language attitudes and empathy-based communication strategies necessary for leaders through case-specific examples. The second session featured violinist Jo Yun-beom conducting a 'Power Classics' special lecture, where participants experienced emotional leadership education by exploring leadership balance, emotional harmony, and the value of immersion through classical music.
