◆ 농어촌 기본소득 시범사업 신청 접수
충남 청양군이 22일부터 내년 1월 30일까지 '농어촌 기본소득 시범사업' 신청을 받는다고 18일 밝혔다. 청양군은 농촌 지역 주민의 기본 생활 안정을 돕고 지역경제 선순환 구조를 만들기 위해 이 사업을 추진한다. 대상 주민에게 월 15만원을 지역사랑상품권(모바일·체크카드) 형태로 지급한다.
◆ 신청 대상 및 방법
신청 대상은 청양군에 주민등록을 두고 실제 거주하는 주민이다. 본인이 주소지 관할 읍·면사무소 총무팀을 방문해 신청한다. 신분증을 반드시 지참해야 한다. 미성년자나 피후견인은 대리 신청할 수 있다. 대리 신청 시 대리인 신분증과 가족관계증명서 등 관계 확인 서류를 제출한다.
신규 거주자(10월 20일 이후 전입자)는 매매·임대차계약서, 거주 증빙사진, 공과금 영수증 등 거주 사실 확인 서류를 추가로 제출해야 한다. 외국인은 외국인등록증을 반드시 지참하고 주민등록등본, 영주권 증명서, 난민인정 증명서 중 한 가지를 제출한다. 재외국민은 신분증과 국내거소사실증명서가 필요하다.
◆ 수령 방법 및 현장 지원
기본소득 수령을 위해 지역사랑상품권 앱 설치 및 체크카드 발급이 필요하다. 청양군은 고령자 등 스마트폰 활용이 어려운 주민을 위해 읍·면사무소 현장에서 앱 설치 및 카드 발급을 지원한다.
김돈곤 청양군수는 "기본소득을 통해 지역 경제를 활성화하고 공동체 회복을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 사업을 차질 없이 추진하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Chungnam Cheongyang County announced on the 18th that it accepts applications for the 'Rural Basic Income Pilot Project' from the 22nd to January 30th next year. ◆ Eligibility and Application Methods
Eligible applicants are residents registered and actually residing in Cheongyang County. Applicants visit the General Affairs Team at their local eup or myeon office in person. Applicants must bring identification. Minors or persons under guardianship may apply through a representative. Representatives submit their identification and documents confirming the relationship such as family relation certificates.
New residents (those who moved in after October 20th) must additionally submit documents confirming residence such as sales or lease contracts, residence proof photos, and utility receipts. Foreign nationals must bring their alien registration card and submit one of the following: resident registration certificate, permanent residency certificate, or refugee recognition certificate. Overseas Koreans need identification and a certificate of domestic residence.

Recipients must install the local love gift certificate app and obtain a check card to receive basic income. Cheongyang County provides on-site assistance at eup and myeon offices to help elderly residents and others who have difficulty using smartphones with app installation and card issuance.
Cheongyang County Governor Kim Don-gon stated, "We will push forward with this project without setbacks to revitalize the local economy through basic income and lead community recovery."
