◆ 아산시의회 본회의서 내년 예산안 의결

아산시의회가 2026년도 본예산 1조9399억원을 최종 확정했다. 아산시의회는 17일 오전 제283회 제2차 정례회 제3차 본회의를 열고 2026년도 일반회계와 특별회계 세입세출 예산안 및 기금운용 예산안을 심의·의결했다. 본회의는 전날인 16일 예산결산특별위원회가 의결한 안을 원안 가결했다.

◆ 상임위별 81건 48억원 삭감

예산결산특별위원회는 각 상임위원회가 심사한 예산안 1조9399억원 중 81건, 48억6834만6000원을 삭감하고 이를 예비비로 증액했다. 상임위원회별 삭감 규모는 의회운영위원회 1건 1200만원, 기획행정농업위원회 71건 33억6106만9000원, 문화복지환경위원회 5건 2억4950만원, 건설도시위원회 4건 12억4577만7000원이다.

◆ 이기애 예결위원장 "불요불급 예산 과감히 조정"

이기애 예산결산특별위원회 위원장은 예산안 제안설명에서 "불요불급한 예산은 과감히 조정하고 주민 복지 증진과 아산시의 지속 가능한 미래 발전을 위한 사업을 우선 반영할 수 있도록 각 상임위원회의 심사 의견을 존중해 신중하게 심의했다"고 밝혔다.

The plenary session passed the original proposal approved by the Budget and Accounts Special Committee on December 16.

◆ Special Committee Cuts 81 Items Worth 4.8 Billion Won

The Budget and Accounts Special Committee cut 81 items worth 4.8683 billion won from the 1.9399 trillion won budget reviewed by each standing committee and transferred the amount to the contingency fund. The cuts by standing committee are as follows: Council Operation Committee 1 item at 12 million won, Planning Administration and Agriculture Committee 71 items at 3.3611 billion won, Culture Welfare and Environment Committee 5 items at 249.5 million won, and Construction and Urban Committee 4 items at 1.2458 billion won.

◆ Chairperson Lee Ki-ae: "Bold Adjustment of Non-Essential Budget"

Lee Ki-ae, Chairperson of the Budget and Accounts Special Committee, stated during the budget proposal briefing, "We boldly adjusted non-essential budgets and carefully deliberated while respecting each standing committee's review opinions so that projects for enhancing resident welfare and Asan City's sustainable future development could be prioritized."
