세종특별자치시교육청 학교지원본부(본부장 이미자)가 2026년 3월 1일 「학생맞춤통합지원법」 전면 시행을 앞두고 교육공동체 주체별 맞춤형 연수를 운영한다.

학생맞춤통합지원법은 기초학력 미달, 경제적·심리적·정서적 어려움 등으로 복합적 어려움을 겪는 학생을 조기에 발견해 학교와 교육청, 지역사회가 협력해 체계적으로 지원하는 제도다.

연수 대상자는 교감과 행정실장 등 중간관리자, 업무담당부장·학년부장, 교육청 내 학생지원 유관센터(8개) 담당자 등 교육공동체 구성원이다.

12월 15일 오전에는 초·중·고·특수·각종학교 교감 대상 연수를 실시한다. 오후에는 행정실장 대상 연수를 진행한다. 교감 연수는 협력적 리더십 발휘와 학생맞춤통합지원법 주요 내용, 교육주체 역할 등을 중심으로 진행된다.

12월 23일 오전에는 학습지원센터, 위(Wee)센터, 특수교육지원센터 등 학생지원 유관센터 담당자를 대상으로 연수를 한다. 부서 간 협업 체계 강화와 학교 지원 효율성 제고를 다룬다.

같은 날 오후에는 업무담당부장과 학년부장 대상 실무 역량강화 연수가 이어진다.

연수 내용은 세 가지 영역으로 구성된다. 교육공동체 협력적 문화 조성을 위한 특별강연, 학생맞춤통합지원법 전문강연(입법 취지·방향·적용 방법 등), 선도학교 운영 사례 공유 등이다.

이미자 학교지원본부장은 "학생맞춤통합지원이 학교 현장에 안정적으로 안착하려면 업무 담당자 노력뿐 아니라 교육공동체 모두의 협력적 문화가 중요하다"며 "2026년 전면 시행에 앞서 세종시의 한 아이도 놓치지 않는 촘촘한 안전망을 구축하도록 지속적으로 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.

학교지원본부는 향후 교육청 내 학생맞춤통합지원위원회, 학생맞춤통합지원센터, 관련 조례, 지역사회 협력체계 등 지원 체계 구축에 집중할 계획이다.

The School Support Division (Director Lee Mi-ja) of Sejong Metropolitan City Office of Education will operate customized training programs for education community members ahead of the full implementation of the "Customized Integrated Student Support Act" scheduled for March 1, 2026.

The Customized Integrated Student Support Act represents a system that identifies students facing complex difficulties—including underachievement in basic literacy, economic hardship, psychological and emotional challenges—and provides systematic support through collaboration between schools, the Office of Education, and local communities.

Training participants include intermediate managers such as principals and administrative directors, department heads responsible for student affairs, grade-level leaders, and staff members from eight student support centers under the Office of Education.

On the morning of December 15, training for principals of elementary, middle, high, special education, and alternative schools will be conducted. The afternoon session will hold training for administrative directors. Principal training focuses on exercising collaborative leadership, key content of the Customized Integrated Student Support Act, and the roles of education stakeholders.

On the morning of December 23, training will be provided to staff members of student support centers including the Learning Support Center, Wee Center, and Special Education Support Center. The session will address strengthening inter-departmental collaboration and enhancing school support efficiency.

The afternoon of the same day will continue with practical competency enhancement training for department heads and grade-level leaders.

Training content comprises three areas: special lectures on fostering collaborative culture in the education community, expert lectures on the Customized Integrated Student Support Act (including legislative purpose, direction, and implementation methods), and sharing of case studies from pilot schools.

Director Lee Mi-ja stated, "For Customized Integrated Student Support to be stably established in school settings, collaborative culture among all members of the education community is as important as the efforts of staff responsible for operations. Ahead of full implementation in 2026, we will continuously support the establishment of a tight safety net that does not overlook a single child in Sejong."

The School Support Division plans to focus on establishing support systems including the Customized Integrated Student Support Committee within the Office of Education, the Customized Integrated Student Support Center, related ordinances, and local community collaboration frameworks.
