충남도의회가 15일 제362회 정례회를 폐회했다. 홍성현 의장(천안1, 국민의힘)은 이날 제4차 본회의에서 의원 5분 발언을 진행하고 2026년도 충남도 및 충남도교육청 예산안 등 82개 안건을 확정했다.

이번 회기는 41일간 진행됐다. 의회는 행정사무감사를 통해 도정과 교육행정 추진 상황을 검증하고 937건의 시정·처리·제안 사항을 채택했다.

2026년도 예산안 심의에서 충남도 예산 11조 7231억 원 중 18억 원을 삭감했다. 충남도교육청 예산안 4조 6607억 원은 원안을 통과시켰다.

홍성현 의장은 "41일 동안 열정적으로 의정활동을 펼쳐준 동료의원들과 행정사무감사 및 예산안 심의에 성실히 임해주신 공직자들께 감사한다"며 "희망과 사랑이 가득 찬 따뜻한 연말연시가 되기를 소망한다"고 말했다.

의회는 작년에 이어 올해도 행정사무감사 당일 당일 과도한 자료 요구를 자제했다. 필요한 부분에만 보충자료를 요청하는 관행을 지속했다.

The Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Assembly concluded its 362nd Regular Session on the 15th. Assembly Speaker Hong Sung-hyun (Cheonan District 1, People Power Party) held the fourth plenary session with five-minute speeches by members and finalized 82 bills including the 2026 Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongnam-do Office of Education budgets.

The session ran for 41 days. The assembly verified the status of provincial administration and education administration implementation through administrative audits and adopted 937 administrative affairs corrections, processing, and proposal items.

In the 2026 budget review, the assembly reduced the Chungcheongnam-do budget by 1.8 billion won from 11.7231 trillion won. The Chungcheongnam-do Office of Education budget of 4.6607 trillion won passed as proposed.

Assembly Speaker Hong Sung-hyun said, "I am grateful to fellow members who conducted passionate legislative activities over 41 days and public officials who sincerely engaged in administrative audits and budget reviews," and added, "I hope for a warm year-end and New Year season filled with hope and love."

Following last year's practice, the assembly this year also exercised restraint in requesting excessive materials on the day of administrative audits. The practice of requesting supplementary materials only when necessary continued.
