◆ 홍성군이 계획관리지역 전역에 성장관리계획을 수립했다. 홍성군은 15일 약 9,529만 제곱미터, 360개소를 성장관리계획구역으로 지정했다고 발표했다. 주거형 115개소, 산업형 23개소, 일반형 222개소로 나뉜다.

◆ 성장관리계획은 개발행위허가 기준을 미리 정하는 방식이다. 구역 지정 후 도시계획위원회 심의를 생략할 수 있다. 허가 처리 속도가 크게 빨라진다. 주민과 기업이 개발 가능성을 명확히 예측할 수 있다.

◆ 홍성군은 필수 개발행위 이행사항을 준수하는 경우 건폐율을 40%에서 50%로, 용적률을 100%에서 125%로 완화하는 인센티브를 제공한다. 이번 계획은 2026년 1월 19일부터 적용된다.
