◆ 운행 안전 강화 다짐
옥천버스운송(주) 승무원 대표노동조합(위원장 전송현)은 12월 10일 옥천군 일원에서 안전하고 친절한 버스 운행을 약속하는 캠페인을 실시했다. 조합원 40명 참여했다. 옥천경찰서 신의철 서장과 직원들도 함께했다. 이번 행사는 9월 추석 이후 두 번째 캠페인이다.
◆ 최근 민원 이어지며 자성 계기
최근 교통사고 및 불친절 민원이 다수 발생했다. 노조는 캠페인 개최로 조합원들이 안전 운행과 친절한 고객 응대의 중요성을 인식하는 계기를 마련했다. 행사 현장에서 거리 청결 활동도 진행했다.
◆ "습관으로 정착" 다짐
전송현 노조위원장은 "안전한 운행과 친절한 서비스를 군민께 다짐하는 자리"라고 설명했다. 향후 캠페인을 정기적으로 실시해 안전과 친절이 일상 습관으로 자리잡도록 추진하겠다고 밝혔다. 황규철 옥천군수는 "옥천버스운송 조합원들과 함께 버스 운행 안전을 최선으로 지원하겠다"고 말했다.

The Okcheon Bus Transportation Co., Ltd. Crew Union (Chair Jeon Song-hyun) held a campaign on December 10 in Okcheon County to promise safe and courteous bus operations. Forty union members participated. Okcheon Police Station Chief Shin Ui-chul and his staff also participated. This event marks the second campaign since September of the previous autumn season.

Recent traffic accidents and service complaints have occurred multiple times. The union organized this campaign to help members recognize the importance of safe driving and courteous customer service. Street cleanup activities were conducted at the event venue.

Union Chair Jeon Song-hyun stated the occasion "represents a pledge to provide safe operations and courteous service to county residents." The union plans to conduct regular campaigns to establish safety and courtesy as daily habits.
